I eat here EVERY DAY, with the rare exception. It is the best chicken around and the staff is always very, very sincerely friendly and accommodating. When you frequent an establishment as often as I do this one, you are bound to encounter the occasional (yet rare) problem, especially if you are as picky about everything as I am. They have gone out of their way to remember my preferences and they make sure to meet my expectations every day. Occasionally, you might encounter a not-so-nice new employee, but they straighten up real quick or they don't last long. I love the fundamental strong and faithful Christian moral attitude that this company as a whole encompasses. They would make a lot more money if they were open on Sunday, but because the Lord forbids it, they do not toil for profit. That takes courage- openly practicing your religious beliefs as a corporate entity as well as a servant of God. They will continue to be blessed as a result. (Notice the long lines every day? They are doing quite well financially.) They earned my respect and admiration and hard earned money as well! I'm off to eat lunch right now-...

I had to clarify my order at least 3 times in drive thru, he said I could have applesauce instead of fries, but kept trying to give me a fruit cup. When I get to the window the girl repeats my order & wrong..AGAIN...SO I had to give it to her 3 more times. Finally after 5min they get it right & corrected. I had ordered a meal so it comes with fries & a drink. I was charged full price for the applesauce (that I was told was a substitute for fries), full price for my shake ( that I substituted for included drink-usually just an upcharge), & full price for my meal. When I asked the girl y I was charged this way, she replied applesauce isnt an option. Staff wasnt friendly, or helpful this time. I work in the industry myself, so I understand mess ups, but she didnt even try to make it right. Not sure...
Read moreMy mother was waiting on her food during lunch time with her three grandchildren. There were multiple young teenagers in the play area around 12-13 years old just playing on their phone's sitting in there. Her grandchildren were in there playing as the teenagers were calling them names. My mother goes in the play room and tries to talk to them but the teenagers start yelling at her. More teenagers come to this location and a young teenager sits right beside my mother and starts asking her questions. Once they get done talking the teenager calls her a, "Bit**", twice. My mother gets up and talks to the front manager and they say they'll take care of it. Nothing was done about the incident. Needless to say my whole family will NOT be eating...
