I called in a order two days ago To have two dozen custom-made train cookies with the number six on them for my son’s class because it’s his birthday, I pulled up to the drive-through window and the lady at the window didn’t even know what I was talking about nor did she even have the cookies, The owner said that she remembered me placing the order but had no idea where she placed the cookies so with that being said I was left with pretty much only two options, I could wait till later that day for her to make the cookies that I ordered or take two dozen of already premade round cookies which I really did not want at no charge, I told my son that he was getting train cookies for his party at school and now he’s not and that was very disappointing, I was very upset but I knew that there was really nothing much that I could do about it so I took what they gave me and left very disappointed in this place, I will probably...

The cookies are beautiful and tasty, unfortunately, like another reviewer mentioned, they make you feel like you're bothering them when you come in. I had that feeling 6 months ago when I went in and picked up a dozen for Valentine's Day. She just shook her head in disgust. Maybe a one-off? Recently, I called and asked about getting 75 cookies for a work event in the afternoon, 4 days in advance, with one day being a holiday. The person's reponse was "well I don't know, we won't be here until that morning" and then literally started laughing at me when I asked for 75. Don't cookie companies made cookies? My mom could pop out 75 cookies in an afternoon while doing laundry. I'm sorry, but they are cookies, not food rations during The Depression. If people wanting to render money for your services is offensive...shut your doors. There are tons of new cupcake and cookie places popping up who don't treat their customers...

Disclaimer i usually love this place. But i have never been so disappointed or treated so rudely. For my graduation party i asked for a power cat symbol and some other cookies as well. The others turned out lovely and are amazing. My powercat looked like a blob that someone sloppy rushed through to get done. When i returned inside to ask if there was anything we could do to fix it or if they always looked like that, a woman from across the store interrupts who i am taking to and shouts “that is how they have always looked for years and i have never had any complaints” in a VERY rude tone. Not even offering a compromise, discount or a way to make us more happy. I left with my blob of cookies and am very disappointed in a place that i have loved for so long.
