Idk what has happened to this location. Iâve been a loyal costumer the last decade. My orders keep coming out wrong and itâs not even that hard to comprehend. I asked for two McChickens with no mayo, add ketchup and mustard. Thatâs it. They mess it up and only give me mayo. I thought âthis is just a human mistakeâ but then it happens again next time I come to McDonaldâs. I do the exact same order and they do not change the things I requested. This time I go inside and explain that my order is wrong (very politely, I am not one to be mad over an order). The employees apologize and very kindly make me a new one. I get to my car only to realize they made it wrong⌠AGAIN. After EXPLICITLY saying they would correct it. Iâm sorry but how is that human error??? That seems more like passive aggressiveness. Donât even get me started on the teenage employees who are laughing on the intercom in the drive thru and are so focused on messing around on the job that they arenât even focusing on what people in the drive thru are saying. This isnât due to people having difficulty understanding or struggling at the job, this is due to people not doing their job. This is due to negligence. It may seem stupid cause itâs just a McChicken but I am a full time college student and have a job. I am my main support and donât make much money. My family doesnât help me with schooling. I have to make private loans that I pay for monthly myself. These mistakes add up. It should not be so hard to ask for...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This is my second time ordering from this location and I am convinced they are all miserable. And if that's the case, close this place down or hire a whole new staff. Couple weeks ago maybe I went through the drive thru. The girl gave an attitude to me while ordering I was polite and asked for a plain cheeseburger for one of the meals. Received my meal and the order was wrong and they forgot my drink. Drove back around and a different girl, that was nice said to just continue through the drive thru and they will get it fixed. Went through and the same girl that gave me my food had a blank face and had no idea what was needed or going on. Gave me the wrong drink and she asked what I had. I said a coke and she said that was diet. Told me to wait for the next window and waited forever for just a plain cheeseburger while manager and people just kept looking by. This time today, I thought I will do a mobile order. Simple enough right? The girl gave me the meals and I noticed right away again.. no drink. I asked if I could please have my drink. She threw her hands around asking what I had. I told her a coke. Waited long enough I had to leave to pick my son up from school. With no drink again.. also, horrible customer service again. Like I said either close this place down, or hire a whole new team, manager or something because they all hate their job. I understand if I was difficult or rude but, I wasn't either times. I will no longer go to...
Read moreWanted to speak on behalf of one of the associates, I donât know if I misinterpreted the situation but I felt like I needed to at least make the situation known. My order and payment was taken by a young man whose name on my receipt says Sidel. He was very kind and seemed to be doing a lot of things at once. When he entered my coupon, it seemed as if the computer didnât recognize it or something and he asked, what Iâm assuming is, his manager for assistance. She sighed and says âhow long have you been doing this? Itâs been weeks!â In a really condescending tone. He then gets swamped with orders and asks for her help and she says âitâs not like youâre in the middle of taking his order anything!â And then angrily puts on her headset and takes the order aggressively, I know that sounds weird, but yes: aggressively. He seemed defeated and embarrassed. The woman, who I pray to god does not manage people, was Caucasian and maybe mid 20âs. She had on a gray jacket. Not sure what her name was but I hope she is identified and taught how to work with people better. As someone who has worked management for years, I saw a tired and irritable woman not know how to coach her team. If sheâs a manager, and she talks to her staff that way in front of customers, Iâd hate to think what she says to...
