Yes, I just spent over $40 at your location here Kansas on South hydraulic. My order for the most part is fairly simple. I had a big Mac meal at six piece McChicken Mc double a 10 piece a HighC two medium fries and fry with Big Mac meal along with the drink. I’m someone who understand error. What I don’t understand is when there is a manager manager on duty that is capable of locking the doors as I was told to pull forward and wait for my order is to coward to be the one to have to handle my complaints. The staff that night was unsuccessful at their performance. I was very patient; I was direct not rude and more or less just waiting for what I had paid for. The manager on duty on todays date Date7-19-24 @ 2am (taller gentleman) I should have a reevaluation done of the way that he manages his staff as well as he manages your store. As much as I’d like to put the blame on employees, ultimately responsible for employees. Simper was one that told me after tonight I can call corporate, but they would be no longer allowed to serve me as if I had done something wrong. Besides wait for my food for an order that I didn’t receive things that I paid for as well as had to correct. Announced the black girl and the white girl that came to the window that it was not their fault and this is past them. It Suggested to call corporate, so I thought my first would via Google review in case one day the store manager pays attention to anything that the clientele has to say, however as a franchise, that’s exactly what I will be doing. There was a manager on duty and he was not a leader by no means. And for him to advise corporate over handling a logical issue! And refusing me service for the rest of the night is pathetic. I over see the entire district of a company. Multiple towns, stores and employees. Whom I HAVE TO ANSWER FOR. BECAUSE IF THEY FAIL ITS DUE TO ME FAILIN MY TEAMS. TO SEND A CUSTOMER AWAY SND SUGGEST CORPORATE. What is he managing? Food...
Read morePLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION This specfic location have the worst customer service, worst employees, and top of that they have the worst management. Mangers would not fix your order, employees would interrupt private conversations between consumers, and they're UNSANITARY. They all need hearing aids and would just space off and look at you stupid. My family and I came to this location and was treated absolutely poorly and all the tables are not clean; including the kids room is trashed with food. They literally do not clean any of their tables or floors; so if you perhaps do come to this location, you've been warned with the filthy tables plus floors with grease all over it. I order a happy meal for my niece, however, we were not happy at all. This order was suppose to contain one fries, one extra fries(since they gave us the option to choose extra fries or yogurt: which we choose extra fries), one toy, and one cheeseburger. My family did not came here to not get the extra fries that we specfically order. I thought maybe the manager would work with me to make me at least happy, but nope thats not the case. The manger would not fix my orders and would rather argue with me that I did not need the extra fries. I showed the receipt but they would still not comply. When I mean worst employees like the cashier name Alexis with all the minions that work for McDonald's, would just stand around and "gossip" when there is customers are wanting to order. This location should be replaced with a ordering machine. Did i forget to mention that I went the second time to re-fix my order, but it was still not comply. Oh and they bring their kids to work and treat this location like it is a daycare. So the employees sure do love stealing money from consumers who work hard for their money to pay to dine in or dine out. SO BASICALLY I HAVE WARNED EVERYONE so do...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru tonight about 1:30 a.m. and it was packed! Both lanes were long lines. I couldn't believe how fast they were getting all those cars served! When we got up to the window, the lady apologized, thinking that we've been waiting in line for a long time, and we told her that everything was fine and that we didn't have any issues and we thought they were doing a great job. As it turns out, their cook had just walked out, and a couple of employees had called in sick, so they were doubly short-staffed. I have to tell you that I was very impressed with the manager there at the drive-thru window. She was calm, she wasn't running around screaming, she wasn't pulling her hair out, or even seeming stressed. She was very professional and I just thought she did a fantastic job (and obviously her skeleton crew was doing a great job as well) I just moved to town recently, and I'm getting ready to look for a job. I've decided that I'm going to be going to McDonald's in the morning, and I'm going to become their newest employee. I work many years in restaurants, managed many restaurants, and these are the type of people that I would love to work for and with. Never even thought about working at a McDonald's until tonight when I went through the drive-thru . So once again I say kudos to the manager and her late night short staff! And by the way, my food was fresh and tasted great! Thanks again, and I will be seeing you in the...
