In all my 52 years, I have never dealt with the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude people. It says on the Internet that this place is open till 11 PM. I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app at exactly 10 o’clock at 10:11, They contacted me and said we can’t do your order that you’ll get your money in 24 hours., No apology, when I asked, why did it allow me to place the order? Why did it take you so long to call me and tell me you can’t do the order and that the fact of it didn’t take 24 hours to take my money and I need it and wanted my money back. This is the closest to where I live, but it seems like every time there’s a problem so I go up there because it’s not fair that they kept my money. The manager was extremely rude so unprofessional that it’s very disgusting that Pizza Hut feels that is management material? He said he had his Regional general manager, Brittany on the phone and she advised according to him that if I don’t leave to call the cops on me, I’m trespassing all while they still have my money. Why will their app let you make an order if the store is closed? Pizza Hut took my money fraudulently and then threatened to call the cops on me when they were the ones in the wrong. The way I was treated above and beyond the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced, and according to the manager, the Regional manager, Brittany said call the cops on me, For wanting my money back, what’s rightfully mine, I worked hard, I am not gonna let this go. I made videos so people could see just how that Pizza Hut treats people, while I was in there, people coming up and getting their orders, why was mine not done but there were . I went up the street and was treated with the up most respect at Papa John’s on Seneca. According to the manager, the app never shuts down. I would think that needs to be corrected that you shouldn’t be able to place an order for a store that closes at 10, but it says it closes at 11, shady business. I’m so disgusted and the way they talk to me was like I was trash, My order was two pizza melts. I would think they would be the easiest things to fix. I’m literally so sick and mad, And for Brittany telling her manager to call the cops on me for trespassing, Pizza Hut is that your ideal management material? Are you that desperate that you hire people to treat your customers that way? I wouldn’t even rate this place as zero With one being the worst. Is Pizza Hut that Desperate for money that they have to fraudulently take peoples money, Very sad, but I just felt people should know, they don’t even have the Des Respond back to what they’ve done wrong, I read other reviews this place is concerning It should just shut down never thought I’d see Pizza Hut desperate, called up today to get corporates number, spoke to a manager Elijah, he advise they stop taking orders at 10:15 to close by 11pm, again my order was placed at 10 at 11 after they were telling me they couldn’t do my order. According to Elijah, they are not allowed to give corporate number. They must have a lot of complaints and they’re scared to give the number but this is the first business I’ve ever known that can’t give their corporate number and he advised that the employees act accordingly but he just told me totally different times so again I asked Pizza Hut this is the third employee at this location. This is your ideal of management material Did I threaten to call the cops because they were withholding my money Being able to do my order yes but did they threaten to call the cops on me? Read moreI'm giving one star because there isn't a half-star option. Breadsticks were over cooked and they have a new pizza sauce which is super sweet and I cannot stomach the taste. After being a loyal customer since my childhood, I'm now forced to search for a new pizza provider. There were 2 good things about this experience: it was delivered 45 min earlier than expected and I didn't have to sign the credit card receipt. Other than that, I'm done. Fare thee well, Pizza Hut.
edit 9/29/23 I tried them again. Food was delivered 45 min after order, not a big deal since it was a Friday. Part of order was missing. Driver said he'd be right back. An hour later I called the store to inquire where order was. I was told, by the mgr, that delivery times were at 85 min at that point. I said I'd ordered my food 2 hrs ago and was told 1 hr ago that he'd be right back. She said she'd get it here as soon as she could and that she "can't give food away" and would credit me for the pizza. TWO HRS later I called back. She said it had been delivered. I said "No, it didn't. I've been here the whole time and nobody has knocked at the door." She said she was going to look into it. I was left on hold for 15 MIN!!! I called back, again, and she said it was on it's way. She said she was going to give me more credit and when I asked "For the whole thing?" she said yes. So...FOUR HOURS after I had placed my order I finally got the 2nd pizza. It was not fresh. I was barely room temperature. Her excuse for the whole thing was that it was a Friday, she was short staffed, and that "the new system has lost 70 orders." 70? Really? Read moreThe only reason I am even giving them one star is so that I can write a review. I have tried ordering pizza from this location multiple times. They are always out of everything. Tonight I tried to give them one last chance and was very disappointed yet again. I order my large pizza and breadsticks at 8:00 and was told I would receive it at 8:30-9:00. At 9:15 I still had not received my order so I called and spoke with an employee who informed me that my order was “next to be delivered” and that they had “a huge rush of orders that kept them from informing me my pizza was running late”. At this point I’m still calm and expecting my pizza soon. 10:00 (TWO hours after I ordered my ONE pizza) arrives and my pizza has not. I call again and am told the driver left the location 20 minutes ago. Mind you I live 5-10 minutes away. He finally arrives and my pizza boxes are squished and soggy and the pizza is cold. Now I am fuming because I have a 3 year old who had been waiting patiently for dinner. I called the location again and asked to be directed to a manager, Lilly. Lilly comes on the phone and says that she can put credit on my account, I inform her I would not be purchasing from them again and would like a refund on my credit card. She tells me I have to drive the pizza back to her location in order to receive a refund!
