This place is ridiculous. I was forced to wait almost 10min before having my order taken when there was no cars ahead of me. On top of that, they messed up my order not just once, but twice in a row. I didn't bother checking the 2nd time so I was home before noticing they screwed up again. When I called about it, the manager sounded as if she had no idea what she was doing and I was forced to ask to have them offer a free replacement because I only got dead air after explaining what happened. I asked if she needed my name and she replied she was too busy as they had a lot of people come through... (Only 3 cars including myself had gone through before I received my order and there was no one in line when I left. I called only 8min later, so just how many cars could they have gone through when it took a total of almost 20min for just myself to get my screwed up order?!) So I have no idea if they will actually give me the replacement promised as she has no way to verify who I was and if shes not there then there is no guarantee that other managers will honor this either. It was like pulling teeth to get her to even respond while on the phone and in the end I still was never given an apology for their multiple mistakes. I can only assume that the management there as well as most if not all of their employees are all inept. I say this because this isn't even the first time I've had so many issues when visiting this location. It ALWAYS takes about 10min waiting at the speaker before they bother taking the order and about 3/4 of the time if I don't double-check my order I will end up not getting it done correctly. The worst part this time is when I went back to the window to get their first mistake fixed, I could clearly hear the cashier tell the preparer the correct way to make my meal and yet the idiot STILL managed to mess it up on the second time. I doubt that she entered it wrong in the first place since I repeated myself three or four times and I even asked her to repeat it back to me when I initially ordered. So apparently their other employees can neither read nor understand English when spoken to them only a few feet away. I had thought that the issues I'd had in the past would've been resolved after months of not going there, but if anything, they've somehow managed to get even worse instead. I feel sorry for the one or two people that work there with high-school educations, because the rest, including their managers seem to have dropped out before finishing primary school. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. The corporate office should force them to sell to someone who can actually run a place like this correctly, not to mention know when an employee is not able to meet minimum standards. If this reflects the company as a whole, Burger King must be circling the drain as they won't last long if this continues.
Basically, this place is a pathetic excuse for a business with horrible staff and you should avoid it at all costs unless you like spending too much for things you didn't order while waiting for 10x's the expected amount of...
Read moreWent to burger King at around 2:30am last night (normally have no issues with this location but had never had this lady before either) and the older woman with dark hair working in the window was so incredibly rude to me! When I got there, there was only 1 car in front of me and no one behind me. I was trying to get my app to update to the correct location, and she came on the intercom and asked for my order. I explained I was trying to get my app to update location so I could use it at the 4220 e Harry location where I was. Her response was "if you're gonna mess with your app you need to get off my speaker." So right as she was saying that it updated and I was able to finalize my mobile order so I pulled around to the 2nd window where she then told me "I don't have your order yet so you need to get out of my drive through line" I simply said it usually just takes a few seconds and it pops up... she said "then drive back around but get out of my drive through line" I said I can't drive forward cus you have a car parked in front of me and they are in the way. She said "figure it out like everyone else cus this is the 2nd time I've told you to get out of my line or I'll throw your food out the other drive through window And you can pick it up off the ground" I asked why it was that necessary that she be so rude and insistent on me moving and she said "because her drive through times would be high because of me and that wouldn't be good for me!" I was eventually able to drive around after the car infront of me moved and when I got back around she claimed she didn't show my mobile order so I asked her if she could look again and she did and then said "oh yeah I cleared it when you would not move out of my line" so I had to wait another 15 min for them to make it or whatever they were doing because it was not fresh and very cold, stale and old tasting when we...
Read moreCame here tonight to get dinner, after checking on my fiance's grandmother. We had the WORST experience. We order a rodeo king meal and a double bacon stacker king and a 10 peice nugget. Got the rodeo king. Nuggets were not fresh. Fries were overly salty and not fresh. The first bacon stacker burger they brought out was a single stacker. No biggie. Asked to have fixed. The bring out a second burger... which was another single. So take it back... third burger was the original burger I took back just added another freaking patty.... didn't even change the wrapper on it or anything!! We had an older gentleman take our order. They originally skipped our order and he brought it to their attention. I showed the gentleman the third burger they brought out and he was visibly upset. Showed one of the cooks and when the cook went to grab the burger he told him "I am throwing it away" and refused to give home the burger. At this time the manager was no where around. He finally comes inside from outside. Which is no biggie everyone needs breaks. Like i told the manager if they wouldn't have given me the first burger they probably would have given it to someone else. I handled that burger. It never should have made back to the kitchen area to get another burger one it. Manager didn't seem too concerned when I explained to him what had happened.
