If I could give them less than 1 star, I really would. They appear to be nice at first, but that's an act. Originally on the phone I was told that senegalese twist would be $140. So I thought about it for a day. The following day I called and made an appointment and was told that it will be $180. I didn't even bother arguing about the price because I'm willing to pay for quality work (or so I thought). Ha jokes on me! I went in on Friday and had to go back in the following Monday due to 2 twists unravelling over the weekend. Then 4 days later I had 3 twists come completely out and noticed that in the back of my head the twists were much bigger and shorter than the rest of my hair! For $200 (including the hair I bought from them) this was unacceptable. When I went in to confront them about my hair the oldest lady there laughed while yhe other 2 that were there attempted to get loud with me. I'm not even going to go into detail on what happened after that. Just know I will NEVER go back to this store or recommend them to anyone. I am one to take time to take care of my hair and when I tell you, I could have taken extra precaution to care for my twists and that still wouldn't of helped. I've had my hair up now going on 2 weeks and it looks like I've had it up for a month the way it's been unravelling. I support black businesses, but them DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! If you're going to spend $200 for braids or twists avoid this place at all costs.

About a month ago I took my two teenage daughters to get a sew-in with leave out and it was cute after they had finished but they braids started loosing up on them after a week. One day later we was oiling their hair and scalp and I realized their braids was braided backwards instead of going around their head like the tracks. Today we taking them down and realized that they have the full tracks (uncut) to fit the "style" UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Basically they just piIed the hair in!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET THAT THEY HALF ASSED THEIR HAIR BECAUSE I PAID $120 A PIECE FOR EACH AND THAT DON'T INCLUDE THE BUNDLE PACKS I BOUGHT OF HUMAN HAIR. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! I tried to shop at a place to support black owned businesses, but it is very hard to support a business that hikes up the prices by more than $10 the store is very disorganized, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no set price is marked on anything people often say that they wish that we had a black on business for our hair needs, but the fact of the matter is. the one that we do have is terrible so I will continue to shop at Sam’s Beauty...
