Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

I ordered a sandwich and requested all veggies to be on it , the sandwich wasn’t for me but for my mom at WORK so she texted me and told me the sandwich has no veggies on it , an hour later I return in the drive thru and try to speak to the manager (white/cacasian female with nose piercing) and she proceeds to ask me if the male took my order I said yes and she proceeds to ask him if he put the veggies on he said yes which clearly wasn’t true because I have PICTURES and no receipt because Agassi the person who took my order didn’t give me one . due to the rude manager I just decided to buy ANOTHER sandwich with the veggies and call corporate instead. You guys have horrible customer service ....

We walk in and there's loud music playing so they go and shut it off. They were cleaning the bins and didnt wash their hands before helping us. The bread they gave us was BURNT! I am to nice to tell them that they need to give us different bread. There was other bread that wasnt burnt but they gave it to us anyway without even asking if it would be alright. Then one of the girls drops the pan on the floor AND LEAVES IT. The other girl had to pick it up and they started arguing. Probably the worst experience I have had at ANY Subway. Subway has lost their minds. First off the Subway melt was a signature sandwich, but you don't sale it anymore. Then the lettuce looks old, you don't have any pepper or oregano. To top that off, I know that was my last time eating there when I had to pay $13 for a sandwich and cookies. Really $2 for bacon, when I can buy a pack of back for that price. Subway used to be the spot to eat but now they have gotten too pricey for me. Don't try to blame it on Covid either because it's not like you all or ordering gourmet meat.
