Food and smoothies are amazing. Doesn’t seem like corporate really would like to have actual feedback because they give you two sentences of space on their website in order to explain your experience. The staff are great and friendly. The food is great my biggest frustration is that the wait time for food or anything is unreasonable. When ordering a basic smoothie from the menu and adding Two add in’s Not modified. I don’t feel like it should take 10 to 20 minutes for me to get that smoothie. If management or corporate would like to actually talk to someone, I believe you have my email with this post disclaimer: specifically for corporate and management office My review today has absolutely no reflection on the employees at this smoothie location. The employees that I encounter today seem to be doing the best that they could with the environment that they were given. Making sure in 2024 you take care of your employees and make sure that they feel like they are valued. Part of your team is going to be a lot better for your pocketbook than treating them poorly and treating your customers poorly because they’re not going to get along. I know that the corporate person is going to be reading this from Beside a swimming pool while their employees are inside of a building burning up because it’s the middle of summer. Maybe to spend a little more time on your processes and your business and may be a little bit less...

3rd and LAST visit 11/04/23 ☆ Got my Banana Chi Smoothie...got there. 0 cars in front of me, pulled up and ordered. ONE Smoothie, that's it, nothing else. Took them 15 minutes to get it out to me!! It's absolutely ridiculous! I really like the Smoothies, but I'm done. I'll go back to Smoothie King..faster service, and better product for less money!

2nd visit 10/13/23 ☆☆ I got the Chicken Dilla and the Banana Chi Smoothie w/ Strawberries. The smoothie was really good. However, the 'Dilla was an absolute rip off. $7.99 for some tiny pieces of chicken and some cheese?! Save you money and go to Taco Bell. You get a better quesadilla and much cheaper there (which is sad). I recommend the smoothie but not the food. It's a joke.

I went in to get my bday smoothie that I ordered 17 minutes before arriving and it wasn’t at the pick up spot so I just waited in the area after I said hello. I just thought they were backed up so I didn’t bother to ask until someone walked in after me and they gave him his food for his mobile order so I went to the counter and said excuse me and still got ignored.
