So, I had to run a few errands and decided to try out Hibachi Express. Customer service was excellent and the building was warm and inviting. For a quick bite to eat the food was mediocre at best. I had the Hibachi chicken meal with a side of egg drop soup. The chicken and fried rice lacked that rich authentic Hibachi flavor and the vegetables did not come with onion or carrots. They were $1 extra. I’ve never seen or heard of charging extra for certain vegetables. Also, the texture chicken suggested that it had been microwaved not fresh. I added a generous amount of soy sauce for flavor but it was still missing something. The egg drop soup, however, was spot on!!! I just with they were more generous with the won-ton crackers. Over all I give it a 4 due to lack of flavor and texture of the chicken. For a quick bite to eat I world recommend but not as authentic...

You have to be careful when placing your order. You have to say exactly what you want.
I recommend the Mississippi roll. It’s amazing. They have other rolls that I need to try. I only eat cooked sushi so if you crave undercooked fish, I will be of zero help to you. I only eat cooked food.
It’s in a strip so the restaurant is small and they are usually pretty busy so you have to wait a while to get your food but I haven’t had bad food from there.

The fish is very fresh tasting. Rolls are neatly prepared. The sushi quality isn't up to say... Samurai's sushi quality, but nor are the prices.
I have had their chicken hibachi dinner a couple times and I am very pleased with it. Serving sizes of the chicken and the vegetables could definitely be larger, but that's just my opinion.
