Piggly Wiggly — Local services in Wiggins

I love Piggly Wiggly stores, they've always been around and I've always shopped at them, but this one up here and Wiggins stay away from it! The customer service is horrible!! I brought back some bananas that looked good but when you split the top off they were rotten on the inside I had a bunch of maybe 5, when I took it back in there to show them and get my money back a girl that was behind customer service her name was Amanda! I was showing her how when you pull the top back it shows rotten she went in a rage snatch the bananas! Snatch the bananas, and slung them in the garbage can! And I looked at her and I said wow is this customer service? I was just trying to show you what was going on with the bananas! And she looked at me and started hollering and singing, I'm tired of seeing you squish out what's in that banana! I will never go back to that particular Piggly Wiggly again! Update as of 9-6-25. Unable to clip coupons. Some products aren't in the system and I am unable to clip coupons for them. clearly listed on price stickers, reflect to clip coupons for $off,but non-functional. No product found when scanning. Even in the app, or web,same thing. Specifically came here to use some coupons and they arent in the system. I asked customer service and she had no clue. Even if I did try to purchase,i would have to pay full price without coupons offered. Management would be the only knes that would know she said but no one like that is here. They do expire by the time they will be here.

As I walked into the Piggly Wiggly store in Wiggins MS (the poorest state in the USA) I was greeted with Christian music on the intercom. Nice touch. Then I proceeded to buy a gallon of milk. $5.19. More than the convenience store less than a block away. Meat prices were very high and found out, poor quality after cooking pork,chicken and ground beef. Staff was very friendly, but did not, by any means, make up for the blatant price gouging that this "Christian " store imposes. Shame on you for over charging for your profit.
