El Burrito Taco Shop — Restaurant in Wildomar

This was our first try at this place. This was during COVID-19. Some employees wearing masks none that we saw had gloves on. One employee going from register to kitchen to register to kitchen back-and-forth no gloves no handwashing. People were sitting inside taco shop, a lot of people were waiting inside For their food. This is a very small place there were 18 waiting customers inside of it at one point plus employees. This place has a lot of TVs all of them were set to Spanish. The Restaurant looks clean. The Salsa bar is closed (due to COVID19) Since this was our first trip there I'm not sure what salsa they normally have available in the salsa bar. What I do know is the salsa we were given one type being red And the other green and watery both were terrible. Our first thought was after tasting it was if we wanted Tabasco sauce we have it in the cupboard. It's just hot with no actual flavor. And they are very stingy with it and I'm not sure why, we tasted it and threw it away. If we were to go back to this taco shop we will not be getting salsa from them again. The food was good the beans were tasty, the rice has vegetables in it, the Carnitas were good (make sure you check your bag! Shorted us tortillas we had to ask for them) the Enchiladas were tasty the red sauce that they use on them was very good. Overall this is someplace we might try again however we I do enjoy the whole experience when we have Mexican food we want chips and salsa and their salsa is not edible to us. Eaten here a few times. Have gotten order wrong so I always check. Staff has mostly been ok but couple times not so friendly. Do like the the surf and turf. Tonight was the worst. Ordered the taco Tuesday 21.99 special. Asked for it by that name on phone. When I got there they tried to charge me 29.99. I told them they made a mistake and showed them the advertisement. they said sorry it only rings up at higher price there is nothing we can do about it. Asked asked for manager and servers name to call him tomorrow when he comes in. She laughed at me gave me the names. Then when I was sitting in car looking for another place to eat came out and smugly gave me a receipt with her name on it Lauryn was here name. I ordered online by mistake I put my house number wrong. When I called and asked that the application told me that they had not delivered my order, a woman answered me very rudely and said that she could not do anything because the order was already delivered the address that I put does not exist so they had to call me to ask, how they will deliver to an address that is not listed. I had to come to the place to see what I could do and the very rude cashier all the time turned her back on me, the only one who gave us any attention was the cook. He made our order again and the cashier had a terrible attitude, it is sad to see people who do not like their work I want to congratulate the cook, his name is Enrique, excellent attention, he solved our problem because not even the manager could do it.
