El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Wildomar

The employees at this location are rude and incompetent. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the family feast. 8 pcs two sides salad and four churros. The girl who took my order and I talked about this. After waiting nearly 40 minutes because they ran out of chicken. I get my order and there's no salad and no churros. When I asked the girl she said I ordered the family meal not the feast. The price difference between the two is 30 cents. The one she gave me is priced more than the other with less food. When I told her no I ordered the other one. She refused to correct the order. So basically I paid more for less food and had to wait a really long time. Why couldn't she have corrreted HER error and given me the salad and churros. So we then I get home and the chicken appears under cooked. There's barely any meat. So I decide to call the location and speak to the manager.when they answer the call they tell me the manager is busy and to explain what's going on. Not wanting to tell the story twice I said I'll juat wait to tell the manager. She goes well she's busy so you can just tell me. I said I don't want to hVe toexplain this more than once. I'll just wait. She goes well you can wait but we will probably just forget you're on the phone. Then hangs up on me. I've been going to this location for over ten years and the service has only gotten worse and worse. I will NEVER go back again. Rude staff, over priced and very little for your money....

Awesome food, fair to poor service. While the menu is confusing and the workers don't care (except for one who's exceptionally nice, but is rarely there), every time the problems are made right by the food. The food is definitely the best mexican fast food in the area. What's annoying is the workers sometimes don't care to even give you plastic forks in the takeout orders, they get impatient with confused customers who can't figure out the menu, and hardly ever even smile. If the food wasn't so darn good, this would be a 2 star place. The 5 dollar combo deals are amazing. They have plenty of fountain drink options. And the citrus marinated fire grilled chicken is awesome. Definitely a place to try if you want a quick mexican meal but care about quality. Whatever you do, don't give up before...

Food is amazing at this location. Customer service is great too! But I am giving a one star rating to the Manager "Marco". He is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I came in today during a slow lunch time and instead of taking my order, he made me wait and told me that the only cashier on duty would be taking my order. Then he proceeded to walk away and gave cashier a list of tasks to complete in addition to taking my order. He walked around and gave out orders to employees and did not contribute to the working environment in an effective/positive way.
