Los Jilbertos Taco Shop Wildomar — Restaurant in Wildomar

I came in to pickup an order for a friend and was greeted with someone that looked like she couldn't care to work there. I was asking about the food there since I've never been to this place but she just gave me a dirty look and told me she had the food i was asking for. I went over to the sauce bar and was in a rush and didn't want to mix sauces with spilling the green sauce into the red since it's hard to reach the green sauce without spilling so I asked for 2 water cups which had lids so I put some sauce in each cup which would be about the amount of 4 small containers than she told I couldn't do that and I'll have to pay for that because it's a water cup even though the sauce is free and the water cup was free. I honestly felt like I was treated like a child and was humiliated so I asked for her name and walked out. Marisol was her name but I really hope she can work on her customer service because I dont feel comfortable coming back to this place and I never even ate here yet! I'll visit another location and hope to find better customer service for my first time but we all get paid to do some type of job. If she doesn't like working there than she should find...

I pass by this place on the freeway 3x a week and I probably eat here 3x a week! I am a taco enthusiast and this place has my heart. Their hard shell shredded beef tacos are the best around and their green/red hot sauce options are great! Sometimes I get their al pastor street tacos and those are delicious too, as long as you dont expect traditional pineapple with your pastor. And for the beans, Im an all-rice kinda guy, refried beans dont do anything for me, but here, ive actually ordered a side of beans because they are so good! I cant eat flour tortillas but i assume their bean and cheese burritos are amazing! While eating there, the most common thing i hear people order are their carne asada fries. I spoke to some regulars that eat there and they said those fries are the best!(available as a half portion) This is my favorite mexican food stop from Temecula to Corona, a must try! Not sure whats happened to this place been going over a year now and when first started going the place was always clean and staff on top of things now theres a young man on the register thats on his cell phone texting while taking phone orders and making inperson customers wait then when he does find the moment to take your order the order is Wrong... this is not the first time since this person has been up front ... THe girls that were there were much better and checked the orders to be sure they came out right not just shoved the food in a bag and called you to come get it ... very rude cashier / server used to...
