Teakwoods Bar Vs. Grill — Restaurant in Wildomar

Great little place! Food was surprisingly good, didn't expect much so that was nice. It seems more bar/sports type place but food was really good. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with brussel sprouts and it was very good. Chicken was moist, bacon was good perfect and brussels were charred and crunchy like I prefer. Wife had the french dip with fries and that was another good choice, meat was tender and au jus was flavorfull. Fries were ok if you like the thin shoe string style. I would say that the kids menu falls a little flat. Kids were not impressed with the sad chicken nuggets and over cooked corndog bites. Overall cool place with live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday. (We did not go when music was scheduled). Happy our is nice too 4-6pm with varying discounts. Really wanted to have a better experience here since I wanted to try this place for a while.

We walked in for dinner and it wasnt too busy. Plenty of tables open. Loud music and what seemed a good vibe. It’s a smaller place that has a bar and dining area. Upon walking in there’s a sign that says “seat yourself”. So we did. We sat there for almost a half hour and literally no one came over, greeted us or took our orders. There was maybe 6 people at the bar and 3 other tables eating in there. I don’t think that this should have been the case with it not even being busy. We even tried to flag the server down but it’s almost as if she was purposely ignoring the side we were on? Unfortunate cause we are close and wanted to make this place a regular spot. Worst experience ever came in with my family on sept 11 at 730 8 food was not good no flavor I asked for my burger to be well done and it wasn't then I see the waitress complaining to customers about wearing a mask i never asked her to wear one especially after being confronted with that person after I left he strait told me if you wear a mask thats your problem dont come telling people to wear one i never even talked to the lady the only person there i talked to was a person that I knew from a league I coach its not right when I come to spend 150 on food to be treated like that never again and I even tipped the lady 20 even after she almost started a fight ill take my business...
