Ordered through the mobile app. We got quite a bit of food and two burgers were missing. Called and was told that our options were to either come down or reorder. This was annoying but fine, as sometimes deliveries can go wrong. We went down and I told the guy I spoke with on the phone that we were missing a double quarter pounder with no onion and another bacon quarter pounder. Showed him the online order where its written and he confirmed with me vocally. He went over to tell the lady and I hear her yell out for a quarter pounder no onion and a bacon double quarter pounder in spanish. I speak Spanish and call out to correct her that both burgers are double. She ignores me and proceeds to furiously bag fries and answer her personal phone while working. The order finally comes out and of course, one of the burgers is incorrect. I told the guy and he goes back to have it fixed. She then says in English that she said it three times to the cook, then in spanish begins to slander me for saying it wrong in the first place. She frequently looks over to me and keeps talking negatively in spanish to her coworkers and they all laugh. This was absolutely infuriating. Absolutely the most horrendous behavior I have encountered. This is southern California, where most people can pick up at least the basic spanish, and despite that, you think that an open kitchen, in plain view of customers that it's okay to behave this way.
Just to top it all off, this lady wore no gloves while handling food after touching her personal phone and never once washed her hands in the 15 minutes that we were there waiting for our meal.

Read moreI have so much to say about this McDonald’s they are rude inconsiderate I don’t trust them giving me my food I’ve sat in line for over 30 minutes in the last week on three different occasions yes I know I should’ve just order my food and sit in front and wait another 30 minutes either way it goes They can’t seem to get the orders right people are blowing their horn’s at the person in front of them which is definitely not their fault . They blame things on the computer system and that could be true but to be rude to the customer that is paying their money and hoping to get their points since food is so expensive these days and they’re making over $16 an hour you would think they would be a little more patient with their customers and maybe the customer would be a little bit more patient to them. What we need to do is just learn to treat people the way we want to be treated and put our self in their positions and they put their in our position and maybe someone like me who never leaves reviews especially if they’re bad I only good reviews but I was over today when I had not only but the manager and the two girls working in the front windows so rude when I asked a question on why the line was taking so long they snapped at me I had to let everyone know specially in our area with only McDonald’s on Clinton Keith that we really need to not except their store being rude to us we’re spending our money so hopefully this helps I’m not out there to bash people I just want to let people know how we’re being treated and hopefully they can learn from this entry people a...

Was asked to go to waiting zone for drive through,fifteen minutes later still nothing...still waitng.The lady had walked to every car,but mine,parked in spot #1,asking if it was their order,which it was mine,but this isnt a fair or baseball game,and im not yelling for my food,which this happened three times. I ended up going inside,and they had my order just sitting on the side by the coffeemaker..which now,had to been +20mins since order,and cold. Mind you this was two cheeseburgers,nothing special.They wanted to give me the cold food,but i told them to remake it,to which they gave me gripe about, because it was busy. First off, the customer is always right,in most cases,it doesn't effect you to make a little more effort to help someone,and B, I get things get busy,we have all been there. But to treat people stupid when its on you,is unprofessionall and poor taste. Use to be my favorite spot,as its easy access off the freeway,but there always seems to be something,and its the small something's that built up. Didn't make any attempt to fix the situation,or make sure I was happy besides remaking my food,which at the least should have been done,no gripe included. Not my fault you're team was mismanaged.
