Ordered take-out via online . Order stated it would be ready at 640pm (30 minutes later). I drove from my hotel & arrived at 640pm and checked in for my pick up order . I stood there patiently until 7:26pm when I finally received my order ! Staff move slowly . One Ladie asked how many people where still ahead of her order as she told 30min’s and had been standing there for an hour like myself; the Woman making food at the time was quite rude to the costumer . The young Ladie that checked me out was polite . Not sure if they have a problem with theft but the store is saturated in “do not steal” signs . Plenty of parking on the side although not a well lit area . Cheese steak sandwich was made to order - it was good but I asked for it toasted of which was not done . This being said; most of the bun ripped off from sticking to the packing when I unrolled it. Fried Mac & cheese was average . Chicken strips on the salad tasted...

My rating isn’t on the food it is on the customer service I experienced today. The hoagies are always delicious. I called in my order and walked up to the counter where you pay. There were 4 men who came in together and ordered at the other side of the deli. There was 3 women behind the counter. I waited at the other end while all the men ordered there food. Then the women said she had to ring them up before they sat down. I was already waiting 5 minutes then had to move to the side so she could ring up these 4 men separately! On top on this another women asked the guy next to these guys (who were paying at the register now) if he called in an order and she waited on him! He walked in behind me. Literally 5 people waited on and I was standing at the counter by the register first! I almost walked out! Please be aware of who’s waiting...

They make you buy at least $5 worth of stuff to use a credit card they do not take food stamps the people are rude and there better places to get Hoagies. of course it's Under New Management now So Services declined. which is the pattern the place was once will be best place to get hoagies in Wilkes-Barre. But every new owner the place got to downgrade the hoagies got smaller food Less fresh new owners greedier trying to make a profit. Sheetz will make a better hoagie cheaper. So will Subway and then of course this Wegmans makes a huge hoagie.. the only real thing I can say about it is they have beer late. And don't force people who are over 50 to...
