First I want to say the wait was between 15 to 20 minutes which for being on a Saturday evening around 6pm with a packed dining room. They had everything moving in a swift motion. They anticipated the wait and had a plan to take care of it. Now our server was named Sage who deserves a raise or a bonus. She greeted us in a welcoming professional manner, she was very fluent with tonight's menu items and also didn't miss a beat explaining to us what items were no longer available and also showed us how to use the device on how to pay our bill. Once we placed our order she checked in with us to make sure our meals were to our standards. My GF ordered the 8oz sirloin medium well with a salad and a baked potato. She enjoyed her steak, cooked to her preference, she also had a salad. I had the 8oz NY Strip strip medium rare with the mushrooms and onions along with my two sides being the loaded baked potato and buttered corn. My steak literally melted in my mouth, very tender, my potato had the butter, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Super delicious, I also had the cup of chili which I don't think it's that spicy, I love spice. Too full for dessert maybe next time. Definitely recommend and will be back. Great job to the management and staff! Oh also I have to say the homemade dinner rolls along with your homemade cinnamon butter was the absolute bomb! One request is to start selling that butter for takeout.

Wife and I were in the area and called ahead to be put on the waiting list, when we arrived 20 minutes later we were almost immediately seated. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the 12 oz ribeye cooked med rare, spot on cooking, perfect. Mashed potatoes were fresh and home style. Also good. My wife ordered the portobello chicken and was very happy with it. We even bought some gift cards to share with family! Well done as always Texas Roadhouse... Edit: we visited this again today for an early dinner. Again, as always it was amazing. We were seated very quickly for a table for 2. Our servers (1 regular and a trainee) were very friendly and helpful. This trip we ordered a 20oz ribeye, med rare with house salad and broccoli, a portobello mushroom chicken with loaded baked potato and corn. The steak was spot-on cooked. (As a matter of fact, I've been to several Texas Road Houses and I've never had a steak not properly cooked to my liking) We also had a wonderful strawberry cheesecake to go. We had a wonderful time again. Thanks TRH!

We came out for a late lunch in rain/hail weather, we decided on Texas Roadhouse and we were not disappointed!! We were skeptical at first when we were seated in a tiny booth with minimal room, we got greeted by a super awesome waitress Amy she told us about fresh sides and coconut margaritas (which I didn’t even know were a thing!) too bad it wasn’t better drinking weather LOL. She was wearing pajamas at first it was funky until she said “you’ve been here before, awesome so you know this isn’t our normal attire we just like to have fun sometimes everyone loves to be comfy in cold weather” I loved that courage. It was admirable. We wanted shrimp for an appetizer and got told about a deal with an extra shrimp. Food took a little longer than expected but the bread was flowing and so were our drinks. We got to talking about more than just food which is why I’m here with this review she may have “wanted” recognition or maybe more business for herself, either we’re sold and will be back looking for her and the shrimp!

After waiting 30 minutes to get in we finally got seated. We were taking our daughter out for her birthday (9 y/o) on top of it. We ordered appetizers and put the kids food in at that time. Apps came out fairly quick and THEIR meals shortly followed. We ordered our food right after the appetizers. Our food never came out. We decided at 7:54pm after our 2 kids were done eating both their meal AND their desserts we just wanted our food to go. We were told by our server the manager was most likely going to talk to us. She never did and seemed to avoid our table the 3 times she walked by. Our server, Virginia, was swamped and we understood her position. She was sweet as ever and overly apologetic. Not 1 single time did we get a minute to speak to the manager though. We weren't looking for anything free but it would've been nice to comp the 2 meals we had to take home due to never getting them. Our daughter loves it there but we may have to pass it up from now on as $78 later and cold take out was pretty terrible. When a server is making the apologies for a managers poor performance that's an issue. I've been both an employee and a manager and I am very much appreciative of wins over losses. I will leave my review on our local platforms to help others decide whether they want to take the chance. I am appalled at how poorly that woman did her job but thankful to have had a kind hearted waitress. She did ask for us to not count out the establishment and hoped we'd give a try again but we will question it. When the captain fails, the ship sinks. Definitely would say it's time to look for better leadership. I write this as I eat cold food and apologize to my daughter for not getting to eat a birthday dinner with her. Thanks a million ghost manager!

Things didn't start so great because the two beers I wanted were not on draft, only bottle. The beer glasses were not chilled or at least I didn't get a chilled glass for either of the two draft beers and they weren't cold like usual texas roadhouse restaurants. The guy/bartender pouring the beer didnt have patience and left almost a 2 inch head (foam) both times. I could understand if he was super busy but things were a bit slow. Ive been to other locations in this chain and thats not typical. I switched to a bottle beer and it wasnt cold either. I was given the usual rolls when you first get there but they were very light in color and when I opened them they were raw. I didn't send them back because I didn't think I was going to be eating them anyway, especially since I'm drinking beer, I'd get too full. The fact that the bartender didnt notice the bread looked raw just tells me he's not observant nor good at his job. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a caesar salad and potato wedges which come with bacon and cheese. The caesar salad was drenched in dressing and the potatoes had hardly any bacon bits on them, which was very disappointing because it's what I was most looking forward to snacking on with a cold beer. I was having a conversation with the person sitting next to me and in the middle of it, i mean mid sentence, the same guy/bartender interrupts to introduce himself again, because it turned out the lady was a parent to a girl working there. It wasn't the last time he would interrupt us in the middle of the conversation to ask her personal questions. This dudes customer service skills need serious work. In addition, the lady sitting next to me ordered chili with no cheese, to go. She got a bowl with cheese for dine in. I'm willing to bet the guy entered the order incorrectly cause he was only half listening to her but she didnt want to say anything cause her kid works there. The overall vibe of the place was good and the...

Normally I love this place but we had a few issues this time. We never got our appetizer.. Every cup of coffee was SO COLD! I realize that some places turn the heat down so the coffee doesn't get nasty but come on...this stuff was just plain cold. And it's a shame because it really tasted good. And I had barbecued chicken that was definitely NOT BARBECUED!! Now you would think that a place that is famous for grilled food would do the same for their barbecued food as well. I mean it does say barbecued....but no... they grill it then just dunk it in sauce. How is that barbecued? I don't know but I grill my stuff with sauce on it as I grill it, hence the name barbecued!!! Now that I spoke my piece, I will also give credit where credit is due. While our meal was a little off,it was definitely not due to our waitress because she was excellent and took great care of us! So sorry I forgot her name but I did share that with the manager so I hope she got credit for that. And the manager did come over to our table and she listened to my complaints, apologized and gave me a free appetizer for our next visit and told me that they can grill my food with sauce if I request it so that is a plus. So although we had a few glitches we still overall enjoyed our meal and left with full bellies and the food really was great 👍 And I honestly felt that the prices for the amount of food you get is definitely worth it!! We've gotten take out other places that cost more and wasn't nearly as good or as much food! And the Caesar salad....ooooh baby...out of this world!! They make homemade salad dressing and boy could I tell!!! SOOO delicious 😋 Next time I plan on getting steak so I hope it's really good and it should since it's a Steak house! Can't wait...
