I’m going to preface this by saying that the company has offered my group a free coupon due to our poor experience. It’s good to see them owning up to mistakes. Ok escape experience at the science horror one, but we only got half of the experience because many of the clues and objects were broken according to staff. They just gave the final clue in the middle of the experience. We were not informed about the changes made to the experience before starting. Most items felt cheap and fell apart at a touch.
Edit: I am updating this review to 3 stars instead of 1 because of the kind behavior of the company. Here is some extra information staff told us that the armchair was a prop The center lock on the science board was not part of the puzzle We could draw on the periodic table Don’t reach into the brain jar because the liquid is gross That’s it After the puzzle we were informed that both the electricity device and neuron reanimator were not functional but we’re supposed to be part of the puzzle. The same goes for the large lever and it’s accompanying parts I assume the electric chair had the same issue but we forgot to ask about it This problem was probably only for our group because staff informed us that a group had broken many of the puzzles maybe 2 or 3 weeks before we played. The parts felt cheap because just picking up any of the skeletons/bones caused the covering to slide off. The body bag was falling apart. One of the gauges on the control board came off with a touch so we were stuck assuming it was part of the puzzle. And finally, one of the knobs on the neuron reanimator fell off while...

Made the booking online, was told I would receive an additional email with more details and instructions, never received it. Showed up a few minutes late due to traffic being backed up an entire hour and was told that because we were late we couldn't be let into the room and that there were no refunds-details which were supposedly included in the email that we didn't receive.
