Burger King — Restaurant in Wilkesboro

Alright folks, I review a lot. I enjoy food, and all types and all service levels. First, this is arguably the cleanest Burger King I've been too - from California to Florida. This is the first thing you notice is the openness, airiness, organization, attractiveness and cleanliness. Seriously. It's clean. Next, the staff. I don't know the gals name that works the counter but she was incredibly kind and helpful. Very patient. Lastly, the food. Who knew the Impossible Burger was going to be so good?!?! It's not that my expectations were low, I just didn't know what to expect: a traditional Whopper? Or, a burger that tasted like cardboard or heavy starch? I just wasn't sure. This place use to be one of the better fast food places but the service isn't great any more and employees acted like they didn't want to be there. Update!!!! I have got honestly give Burger King 5 starts Finally! One of the reasons my review was so low to begin with is the old crew.. The crew that Burger King what it was had left. As soon as I pulled up to the window..which was so much faster and the fries were finally hot and fresh. As I was watching them bag my food I seen that the old crew was Back!!!! Of course! I only leave this because I went thru the drive thru and got the wrong food. Why 5 star review? 100% of the time when that's happened during a rush and I go back inside to have them correct it ANYWHERE ELSE has a attitude and is rude when you tell them you just came thru drive thru and got the wrong food and they ask what did you get. These ppl both the drive thru and front end person didn't have a attitude and was so very pleasant about it that I have to leave a review. It was a gentleman of small stature and African American he had a head band on and the lady was Caucasian and seemed like you would always hear the smile in her voice like I see and hear her and imagine she never had a bad day.
