My mother and I went to order three large pizzas over the phone, the line was busy which wasn't that big of an issue so I decided to order it on Doordash for pickup. We went around the drive thru where we spoke to a middle aged woman and told her we had an order from Doordash. She proceeded to ask us "where our Doordash bag was" and continued to interrupt us over and over again repeating herself and ended with "that's not what I'm asking" after explaining to her it was our personal order and we had ordered it for pickup. My mother explained to her that we ordered through Doordash since the phone was busy when this woman rudely told her she was the only person working there as I watched another employee walk by. After having to tell this woman over and over again I could show her the receipt proving the pizzas were infact ours and paid for she finally read our order out to us on the computer and seemed almost angry that she had to give us our food. Read morePicked up a pizza in a pinch. And while I wasn't expecting the best pizza ever, I did expect consistency. Most pizza hut chains I've been to tend to offer a similar product and service. The service was fine. They were polite and quick. The pizza however was a big disappointment. I got a stuffed crust pepperoni lovers, that was too greasy and soggy to pick up. Every single piece was a sloppy, wet mess. It's almost like they didn't cook it long enough, or maybe someone put way too much sauce on it. I'm not sure, I just know it was the least appetizing pizza hut pizza I've ever had. We got it carry out and were going to eat it in the car, we wound up stopping at a fast food joint to get napkins and forks, neither of which were given to us at pizza hut. All and all, it might've been a fluke. I could be that we got the 1 in 100 that just wasn't prefect. But that was enough to turn me away from this pizza hut...

The delivery driver arrived and there were no wings, the other food was cold and the boxes were squished flat. We called to report the missing items and were told the store did not have any power and they couldn’t make more wings until power was back on, totally understandable so we just asked for a refund and we were told we could only get “store credit” which we did not want as we needed to order food elsewhere. The manager I spoke to refused to give me her name and not even so much as apology. We were told to call back today to speak to GM Natasha however now we are told she will not be there until Monday.
