I wouldn’t even give this place one star. My family and I went in around 5:45 this evening for supper. We walked in to no hostess or waitresses in sight! We stood around looking for someone. We noticed about 3 customers sitting at a table but no worker anywhere. The phone was ringing and no one answered it. We looked around again and no one was at the bar either! We stood for about another minute and no one came, so we walked out! There was a lady standing outside when we came in and she appeared to be a worker who possibly had just ended her shift because she had her belongings with her waiting on someone to pick her to take her home. She greeted us with a smile and said hello before we walked in the place. As we walked out she overheard us talking and said that she was sent home but would take us in and seat us! She was off the clock! I had told her no, it’s ok. She said that there’s 3 waitresses in there and I asked her where!? Not one worker was in sight! No hostess, no waitress, no bartender, no manger! No one but customers! She offered one last time to take us in and seat us and get a waitress for us and I declined again. If they’re that busy that they can’t be found, then I definitely don’t want to see what their wait service is!! She had said that her hours were cut down to 12 hours a week and the younger girls would be getting the hours. Well, obviously they don’t want the hours because only god knows where they were hiding at because they sure wasn’t working!! I love sagebrush but have never tried that location before and decided to give it a try. Sadly we weren’t able to. I would suggest to get some employees that actually...

I think this had to be one of the top 5 WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a restaurant. I think the waitress was really trying but our order was HORRIBLE!! Took over an hour to get food, my mom's plate was good, my dad's plate was 1/3 the size of food it was on mother's day (he ordered the exact same thing, salmon plate), my order didn't come till hour and half after ordering, philli cheese steak (come on 1.5 hours for a sandwich), when my philli finally came it was wrong, someother waitress said they didnt offer mozzarella anymore, WHY wasnt i informed of this when i orderes or told of this before making a philli with cheddar and bring it to me like i wouldn't notice or just eat it anyway.The waitress got the manager, who said was sorry but her attitude and attention to us said a different story, she NEVER OFFERED any discount of any type soI canceled my philli and told the manager I'd just fix me something at home. Told waitress it was one of worst experiences I'd ever had at a restaurant. Apparently she did tell manager cause she came back 15 minutes later and comped our meal. There we people who came in after us ate and were long gone and we still hadn't received our meal. This place needs a total over haul on how they do bussiness, and if this is the way the manager handles customers then maybe she needs to be retrained or find a new line of work. I've never been to a Sagebrush but I have always heard great things about it. I came in today after Church with others. I had 4 people and an infant at my table. The yeast rolls are awesome 👌. However, we never received refills on our waters. My boyfriend received a fill of unsweetened tea in his sweet tea. We ordered chips and queso dip as an appetizer it came out an hour after we ordered it. Tasted like stale chips and microwaved cheese dip. Then we waited another hour and 1/2 for our food. My sister and boyfriend never got there food until we had to tell them that we are just going to take it to-go with the check. The tip was already added on because it was put under a large group. We asked if they could take it off because my boyfriend just paid for our table and the service/food was not good. A lady from my church had to give us menus and silverware. I got my own to go box. The appetizer tray was still sitting on the table the whole time, our waitress never checked on us or confirmed we all received our food which led to my sister's order never being put in which was why we didn't get out of there for 2 and a 1/2 hours and took the food to go. Just not a good experience and food was not good or worth the 2 1/2 hour wait. Thanks for taking the automatic...
