took my children to Busch gardens this weekend for my daughters birthday- we went to the ice cream parlor in France ... ordered a seasonal freak shake ... we waited about 30 minutes for the concoction and then when we received it much of it had fallen out before we even lifted off the counter - very sloppy and falling from Cup and then leaking off the plate. I took a picture ( which I wish I could add with this post) we picked up to take to table and it spilled on my daughter from the plate- We didn’t even make it to our table before the dish fell apart completely. I took back and asked for a refund . we were Very upset because we waited so long and disappointed that the staff would think it was acceptable to even present to sell. that is not ok. Also disappointed that we waited so long and they did not even offer An apology, to correct ,or another option to replace with. Refund was taken care of with out any further issues however it was very disheartening to wait so long , no apology. And to come out empty handed after all of that - my children and I were very irritated and disappointed. 30 minutes later we left with nothing but frustration- ended up leaving the park because we did not want to deal with anything else and the kids were upset at that point. It really ruined our evening . Do go here because apparently the staff DONT care...

We were here for a band competition. I got in line with two kids 15 minutes before we needed to be across the courtyard, so we took a chance. Half an hour later, the boys still hasn't gotten their milkshakes. Meanwhile several parties behind them had gotten their elaborate sundaes and left. I went up to the counter and asked what was taking so long. They were asked the times by three different people what they had ordered. Finally someone said they would take care of it. When I liked at what he was making a couple of minutes later, he was working on a sundae. I had to AGAIN ask someone to make these. Finally someone did, then plopped the cups on the counter and went on to the next order. I had to stop yet ANOTHER person and ask them to finish the order. When she asked "Are they yours?" I wanted to take the damn cups and throw...
Read moreFilled sodas only two-thirds full. Seriously, inches of empty space in the cup. How can I be anything but cranky when I pay $8 for a soda, I'm hot and tired from being in the park all day, and they can't even give me a full cup of soda. Then they took a really long time to make our order (which was just ice cream and soda). Gave us 2 items out of 10 and asked us if we had everything. As if they are not bothering to look at the ticket and figure that out themselves. All the employees acted like they don't care. EXCEPT one employee who was awesome- his name was Mehmet and he was very kind to us, answered my questions about the menu, took great care to ensure our order was accurate. Maybe he should be the manager, or Busch Gardens should hire more...
