Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Williamsport

This CFA fails to meet the standards by what other restaurants of the chain have set, yes, I understand, it gets busy and it's frustrating trying to deal with traffic inside the restaurant and on the drive thru, however, as new as it might be and the employees perhaps aren't as capable of handling the crowd, however when I stopped to pickup my order on the drive thru, there was but one vehicle in line, on the other end however, they had three vehicles in front of me waiting for their order, two more vehicles got behind me and they got their order first, I didn't have much time and order on the app, well! They don't have pick-up in store yet, just drive thru that's a nightmare, wasted 16 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I got my food, got the drinks first, no straws, I asked for straws to sip my drink, got denied and told they were coming in the bag, I'm no Karen, but I had limited time thus I placed my order on the app, it did no good, the staff on the DT window {door) were a little rude, and that's a trigger for me to treat them likewise but I reduced myself from it, honestly, I don't want to set foot in that restaurant anymore, perhaps I won't it maybe I'll give them one more chance, they didn't care about my money it's nothing compared to the business they do, but I know it's worth something somewhere else, very...

Seriously my family and I are so happy to have a Chik-Fil-A closer to home. And we’ve been to various ones across the state and into NJ, but this was by far my favorite experience. The staff- including those in line waiting to order their food on their off day- were sooo helpful, kind and considerate. My son (3 years old) just woke up from a nap and was not happy- AT ALL. They greeted him with such positivity, a treat, and a really cool placemat to keep him occupied while we waited. The girl working the floor- I wish I would have gotten her name- kept checking in every time she walked by, correcting a mistaken sweet tea with an unsweet tea without ever making us feel like a burden. My son has never behaved so well in a restaurant before- and it’s all thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and consideration of their genuinely caring and kind staff.

Let me start off by saying the employees in drive thru were so kind and respectful which I loved very much because there aren’t many restaurants like that here. Unfortunately other than that I did not have a good experience. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and got so sick after eating it. I’m not sure if they used bad chicken or what it was but it gave me the exact symptoms of food poisoning. I obviously won’t be going there again after that but it’s just so crazy lines have been down the street for this place and I’ve been waiting to try it just for me to have this bad experience on my first try. Very disappointing everything that comes to Williamsport gets ruined they should’ve just left it...
