Wawa — Restaurant in Williamsport

Not like any Wawa I’ve known growing up. Already tried reaching out to corporate too. Wawa since competing with sheets more. Sheets has picked up their game and taken things seriously. Wawa seems to have gotten cocky and started slacking big time.

I come here for the coffee and because I like the dark Cuban roast they have. My husband love the seasonal coffees. But the second it hits second shift the coffee is more like coffee flavored tea half the time. It burns your mouth it’s boiling hot, it’s there at all.

9/10x when I come in for my morning coffee the coffee isn’t even there only regular or decaf brewed. It’s a good day if there’s more than that. A lot of times they just put closed signs over the coffee for the afternoon on most of the urns. Never seen this at a Wawa before.

And a small 12oz coffee is 1.99 why am I going to pay that when sheets has small 16 oz coffee for 1.99 and their coffee is always stocked and machine made so it doesn’t come out like coffee tea.

Williamsport destroyed Wawa like it destroys everything else. Wawa needs to step their game up at that location because I don’t see wawas in my hometown acting this way.

Terrible experience. Went at 420am on a Sunday no customers in the store. Wanted to get some breakfast and gas. Tried ordering and the only things available were toast and bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee grabbed a packaged croissant and a bag of chips and went to checkout. The kid ringing me out messed up and had to void everything, he called for help to recall it on the register so I could pay. I went to wait on my food and waited for 5 minutes and finally asked if anyone was making it. The girl looked at me and said oh it was voided so we didn't finish it, they proceeded to wrap the bagel that sat there for 5 minutes and handed it to me. I waited another 2 minutes before asking about my iced coffee and again got oh it was voided so we didn't make it. They had me reorder it so they could make it. Made it wrong the first time and then made it again. When I finally got the drink it was good. I threw the bagel away at the gas pumps cuz I was not eating a bagel that was creamed cheesed and sitting out on the counter not wrapped for 5 minutes. Wawa needs to go Bye Bye!" Ordered online for pick up twenty minutes before the suggested pick up time. Arrived 30 minutes later to find they had only just started making it. they had part of the order ready but were told we'd need to wait another ten minutes for fries. Meanwhile the rest of the food was sat there cooling down and the drinks were getting watered down from the ice cubes. Queried it with a female member of staff who just said they had had 'a lot of people' getting fries and they were 'very understaffed', despite that fact that they were not busy with few customers and three members of staff stood behind the counter chatting. No manager was available so the young members of staff were left to do it themselves. Badly! This is the second bad experience at this wawa and I now have the impression that they rushed its opening, employed staff with poor work ethic and didn't even consider the layout of the place before opening the store. Wouldn't recommend but people will still go there because of the name and their preconceived notions of what 'wawa' is...
