Our first time there, grew up right up and down the road from this place...decided to have breakfast there, and was not disappointed absolutely thebbest breakfast I have had in town ever, had the two eggs with corned beef hash potatoes and a aode of grits with rye toast. Grits were the perfect consistency and great taste l, they definitely know how to cook corned beef hash, and the breakfast potatoes are legit. Will be coming back in the future. It like eating breakfast at your grandparents house the atmosphere takes you back to the better decades. Friendly staff! attentive and personable.

This place has been a breakfast staple for quite some time. Since our last visit there has been a change in wait staff and the new batch is no where near as friendly as the previous crew. They also were unable to keep a drink order separated for 5 people concocting of 4 waters, 1 coffee, 1 hot cocoa, and 1 root beer. Also could not name all the types of bread available for toast. Food was pretty much as good as it has ever been. Excellent. I truly hope that the change in service staff does not continue negatively effecting the experience here.

I’ve eaten here before they moved, while they were transitioning and then when they got themselves established at the new location on the creek road. Unfortunately you can’t get a consistently good meal. The service is hit and miss as well. Some days they have really good food and great service, literally the next day it’s a completely different experience. I keep going back in hopes they’ve figured everything out and have some consistency but that hasn’t happened yet.

This place is so overrated. We were headed from Selinsgrove to Mansfield. We like supporting local restaurants. We googled best breakfast in Williamsport and thought we would try something new. Peg and Bill's came up at the top of the list with 4.6 stars. If this makes the top of the list, I'd hate to eat at the bottom of the list restaurants. It took 25 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. Then it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The food was cold, so much butter on our toast that we scraped a teaspoon off of each half slice. Toast tasted like it was toasted when the order was put in. My wife's sausage patties were black and my smoked sausage was black on both sides as well. The menu said kielbasa ( low end smoked sausage) was more like it. The place needs dusted and cleaned. This place is so over rated. Bill was reasonable $21 for 2 for breakfast. I'd rather pat 2x that and have a...
