Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Williamston

This location is the worst. I have never had a bad experience with Domino's except at the williamston location. I just tried to place a delivery order. I seen that they have a "corporate" coupon for 50% off on all online orders. I am unable to place an online order on the website it states that "they do not deliver to this address." I have been living at my current address for 7 years they have always delivered here. So I call to place my order, mind you he knows my name once he "pulls" my address so I'm in the system! after placing the order the man on the phone tells me the total and that I will be unable to use coupon because it is "online only." I explain to him that I was unable to place order online because the website says that Domino's do not deliver to my address, he says "it's because we don't". I tell him I have been living at my address for 7 years and Domino's absolutely do deliver to my address. He says he had to put in a manager override just so he could try and place my order which is fine ok I get it. So I say well put in the manager override so I can use the coupon he says "no, he can't do that". Why not? I'm just trying to be a paying customer that would like all the same privileges as everyone else. You know what? I've ordered from the Williamston NC location and every time my order was prompt and hot. 2 weeks ago I called to place an order and got a call center. They took my order for delivery and charged me additional $4 for delivery and I've never been charged. Well the call center got my order correct but labeled it pkup, so I called an hr later and they told me my cold pizza was waiting on me, I explained my order and everything matched but the delivery and the charge! The manager apologized because I'm a repeat customer, he fixed a fresh pizza and delivered free. Williamston NC Dominos location is fantastic, but if I have to deal with a call center then I'm no longer a customer!! Talking with the actual locations/restaurant saves problems. I actually give them zero stars, but I can not post with out at least 1 star. They have good pizza when one worker is there. Other than that the pizza is horrible and the Glutuen Free pizza, for the first time since we have been ordering there made her stomach very very upset. I am disgusted at the way they handle things when that guy is not there. I have been ordering from there for almost a year now. They even cut the Glutuen Free pizza with the same cutter as the regular pizza's. My daughter has a very small varriety of food that she can eat and this is unaccectable. I will have to be up all night with her being in pain now and that is not right. You need to fix...
