Belk — Local services in Williamston

I was assisted by a fella Filipina staff and she's very friendly. But, our time got a little bit wasted because they're slow + doing training with a new staff. I understand it's needed, but they should have a practice counter where the staff can practice punching items and not waste our time standing because we have somewhere else to go. Other than that, I liked the pricing for some markdown items. I think the store is a little bit warm in terms of air-conditioning, compared to other shops. Might not come back anytime soon. We rarely go to Belk so we really expected much better...

We stopped while traveling to pick up gifts. The digital coupons didn't work and eventhough it was valid for the items we had, the cashier refused to honor them. In addition she refused a paper coupon we had recieved on black friday claiming we needed their credit card to use it. We did use the card to get it? Needless to say we left $187 of merchandise on the counter and walked out. Staff was rude and lacked any measure of customer service. While Belj is my wife's favorite store, we definitely won't be shopping at this one ever again. A shame really as we...

Well folks I usually make my reviews on restaurants but , on my way on one of my many road trips my wife and I take , I had a request for a family gift for our daughter . I looked at Amazon and ebay and of course belks web site that lead me to frustration . I knew that I had a belks about 10 miles down the road .
