I went to a few stores in Virginia to buy a suit needed for a event. Each store felt like the sales ppl didn't know what they were offering. It felt rushed. I eneded up buying 3 suits I wasn't happy with. I remembered about 20 years ago I went to Hiks. So I called and explained to Mrs Sheila I needed a suit. Told her what I was looking for. She went the extra mile looked in the stores catalog and found the prefect suit. Sent me a picture. I paid for the suit. 3 days later got a call telling me the suit was in. Today I came to get fitted. Mrs Shelia hooked me up. With matching shoes tie and hat... Mrs Sheila did the tailoring within 20min and had me back on the road for my 2 hr drive. I highly recommend Hiks for all your clothing events... Ask for Mrs Shelia I promise you will be greeted with the Southern Hospitality and feel and look like a king...

First of all let me say that I am so pleased with my purchases from this store today Years ago it seemed as though the vintage dresses were so detailed and beautiful. I have noticed that stores dont make beautiful dresses like they used to and I've been having a hard time finding dresses to my liking. My friend said they were going to Hicks in Williamston to look for something to wear to church. I rode along and I am not disappointed. Ms. Sheila was such a great help and I got what I came for. As the song goes, "I Am So Satisfied" with the two dresses that I purchased today. They are absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to wear them. Worker was very rude and nasty attitude very unprofessional no refund available that crazy only exchanges that's not right and then exchanges due to restock fee due to resale value really unopen merchandise should be able to be refunded or exchanged with no fee plus they dont have many selection to choose from suppose to be a big and tall store but have limited sizes wow so not recommended this store worker was complaining she only one there and been busy and haven't even eat that day the first day when I ask about bigger sizes she stated she hadn't had time to put stock out due to bieng the only one working there with no help then stated she hated this time of year in reference to school uniform shopping so...
