Edwardo's Pizza & Subs LLC — Restaurant in Williamstown

I think I get it now. I mean the other reviewers when they were talking about the service.

Let's be honest. These employees are all very young, very sweet, and very hard working.

But there is a big difference between hard working and wisely working. Especially with multi-tasking when you're busy and staying on top of all your tables.

For some, it is a lack of experience. For some, it is a lack of training. For others, they just don't care.

For the employees here, it seems to be the first two.

From water refills to plates being cleared, checks taken care of, and take out boxes given, pretty much non-existent.

Once again, it's not because they don't want to, but it's because they're not equipped to do so, or just not capable.

Lucky for them, I've been in the restaurant biz for over a decade, so I understand, and I am patient, but hopefully the owner sees this and provide a better structure for employees, or better training.

Now, on to the food.

Ordered the Edwardo's Taco Pizza, and the Hawaiian Delight. Both were solid, but not beyond solid. Based on the reviews, I was really hoping for something special.

The Baked Lasagna was just solid as well.

The Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich was delicious. Thank God. It was delicious, but a bit small on the portions, but I liked the pasta salad it came with.

Overall, disappointed as I picked this spot over many others for my last meal here...

Really enjoy the lunch buffet served until 2pm daily. Its under $10. The staff is on top of drink refills and clearing dirty plates. The buffet has pizza, dessert pizzas, wings, boneless wings, pasta, potatoes, garlic bread, a full salad bar. You can also order off the menu. They have a bar and newly remodeled covered patio. Edit March 2021. We hadn't been to Edwardos in a year because the lunch buffet was suspended due to COVID19. However we wanted some wings and decided to stop in for dinner. We did get wings, which are a great value, and I got their deep dish pizza pie. The pizza pie was really good. I would come back for that. Edwardos is worth looking into even without their buffet. It was busy when we were there. Thumbs up! EDIT June 2021: I just called to see when the buffet would be coming back. The reply "never". Horrible. Breaded mushrooms were shriveled up rubber clumps inside breading that could break a tooth. Was as if they had sat around and were later refried. The grilled chicken salad had 3 nasty paper thin pieces of something that looked like chicken scraped off the floor. Disgusting. Management offered no apology just... well like I could remake them if I wanted to repeat the 25 minute roundtrip to get dinner. I would not feed a dog that garbage. We've been eating here for years and it's always been at least decent but what that kitchen sent out this time was trash. The owner gave us $8 dollars back which did not even cover the 2 orders of rocks, I mean mushrooms, but perhaps math is a challenge for her. Wasted 2 trips up there to take the trash out for them. I did give them the mushrooms back so she could see for herself the nastiness the kitchen sent out. I had not looked at the salads before I made the 2nd trip up there or I would have taken them and that nasty chicken...
