China Kitchen — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I called them at 11:15pm and asked if they wold still deliver this late. She said yes and she asked for my address and my order. Apparently she said that the delivery person has a hard time finding apartments in my complex and she will call back to let me know if the delivery person would be able to find it. 10 mins go by and no call back. So I called back and she didn't answer the phone and a guy answered. I asked if she knew if the delivery person was going to deliver, because I wasn't sure because I haven't gotten a call back. He said "no, no" without asking me my address, so I suspect she asked him to answer to tell me no. I would have appreciated the call back to let me know or just say it flat out that they weren't going to attempt the delivery. I could have called a different Chinese take out that I also like, but with the time passed, it was too late. The food is usually good, but this rubbed me...

My order is simple. Steamed dumplings and a large steamed broccoli with general chicken sauce (not spicy) on the side. The last 3 times I have ordered from here I have gotten spicy general sauce that I couldn't eat. Then they sent me the sauce added to the broccoli, it was oily and not good. Then tonight they gave me the brown sauce. Moral of the story no matter how nany times you tell them your order, how many times you repeat it, chances are it's not going to be delivered correctly. Customer is not right here... ordered food WITH NO mushrooms due to a severe allergy and the dish was FULL of mushrooms. Called to tell them that it was not properly made as ordered and requested and they argued saying we didn't order without mushrooms. Nonetheless, they will not remake the dish and blamed us, the customers, that we blatantly ordered wrong and if we want a replacement we have to pay. We will not be using this...
