Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I would give ZERO stars if I could! This place is full of incompetent staff and management is disrespectful and useless. I went there yesterday 11/23/24 and placed an order with a young man that barely spoke ANY English. While giving him the order I had to correct him multiple times. He really had a hard time understanding what I was saying. I waited for my order to be made, paid the $70 for subpar food and left. When I arrived home is when I realized that my order was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke with a guy that had an Indian accent. He asked me what I wanted to do and I said I wanted a credit. He proceeded to tell me that what I wanted a credit for was $22. I told him, "Not my problem, I didn't order it!" He proceeded to hang up on me. I tried to call back 3-4 times and they never answered the phone again. This place is a joke! I'll never step foot in there again. Buyer beware, this place is full of incompetent and rude non English speaking nor understanding staff. Find another papa johns. The 3 star reviews is being generous. Run...

First, they had no drivers to do their deliveries so they subbed DoorDash. The guy came to my door with my pizza but not my soda when I told him that I was supposed to get a soda he barely spoke English and when he did, all he said was, “I don’t know. Call The Store!” It took forever to get someone at the Willingboro, NJ store that even spoke English! Long story short. I had to wait until the next day which was Sunday July 2, 2023. Thankfully a Manager named Kenny was working. He had heard about my ordeal from the night before. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure that I was satisfied. He apologized and even delivered my order personally!!! This is the kind of customers service a business is suppose to show. Papa John’s in Willingboro NJ. horrible customer service. i called twice to inquire about my order being wrong. the first time was with a nice young lady who took my info and said she would get back to me as soon as she could. the second time was with what she described herself at the new gm and said there was nothing she could do because she wasn’t who i spoke to in the first place. when i asked if i could speak to the first women i spoke to the “new gm” claimed she wasn’t available and hung up. i called several times after that and the phone was never picked up. i’m not sure who the “new gm” is or what her issue is but she didn’t need to take it out on me when i was only trying to speak to the only person who seemed wanted to help me. this location has gone down hill bad and i hope for them that why turn it around. i love papa john’s pizza but this put a bad taste in my...
