Pizza Wings Steaks and Things — Restaurant in Burlington Township

I love this place but the only thing I dislike is the cheese fries. First the put paper under the mozzarella cheese fries. The cheese gets stuck to the paper so why put paper and 3x I had to call them and send pictures to the manager to show her that they barely put any cheese on my fries. They usually give you a glaze of mozzarella cheese. I also ordered for xtra mayo on sandwich, they also give you barely no mayo. I order 2 cheeseburgers and a side order of onion rings. They put the side order with one of the cheesesteaks in a container. I thought when I order a side order of onion rings, it comes on the side. I gave this place a last chance on 3/26/2025 and I ordered food for delivery and after an hour of waiting I called back to see why my order is taking so long and the female manager said the delivery man is out to delivering food so I waited another 15 minutes and called back because now it has been an hour and 15 minutes and I still haven’t received my food. The female manager picked up the phone and said that the food is for pick up. First, I asked for delivery and second, when I called the second time, why did the manager stated that the delivery guy is on his way with the food. New management is needed. Manager definitely shows she doesn’t care. I will no longer buy from this...

I called to place a order about 730 pm on 2/6/2021. Food for three adults and two kids ages 6 and 8 . I asked for 2 separate kids meals for my two kids and food for three adults that would be more than $50. They said you can't take out for kids , our menu rule. I said my kids can't eat there unless they eat inside?? The manager tells me no again . In my 47 year history , I never had a good place deny kids food and get told to never call here again by the lady manager here from Mt. Laurel...So sad with the pandemic that they will make u have your kids eat inside and watch them eat and make sure a adult is not eating it. She told me that others in the past would add more to the kids menu for the $5.99. that sounds like a company problem to worry about and as a manager your problem for feeding adults the extra food to loose business to others by telling them I can't take that order.I hope the owner gets ahold of this and I will try to contact him as a man and father that they can't order there kids food. I have posted this on Facebook feed and starting to see alot on complaints pop up..Thanks for the help and for others that read this , think about it...

Was I ever disappointed yesterday I called because I been craving whole wings 😔 and I call because I seen it in the menu they had on line boy with I excited they look really good in the menu so I called and I explained what I was looking for not once not twice a few times to be clear so I travel there I'm not in the same town I go all the way there I get my wings I get home prepare to have my dinner and to my surprise they were wingdings I don't know what they did did not look like fried chicken wings so I hesitated and to be honest with you I was hungry I knew for a fact that I wasn't going back so I called to register a complaint because it seems like if they didn't carry them anymore then it shouldn't be in that menu I was told to bring them back and get my money back but of course I wasn't going to waste my time and gas to go all the way back but I did expect some correction she told me she was sorry it was a new employee who took my order who wasn't aware they no longer had a whole chicken wings imagine that heads up they're not whole wings not sure even if they were fried had absolutely no taste to him whatsoever no seasoning what a...
