If I could give them no stars I would. Don't eat at this location they cannot get anything right and their lame excuses are not believable. This place has bad management and service period. They blame something everytime I come in, they can give all the excuses they want but it's just bad customer service. I've been into the williston location 3 times and I will not be going back again.
The first time I went in and ate with my husband and we both got sick because our wings were not fully cooked. When I called in to tell them, they said their was no way it was their food and refused to take responsibility. We know it was their food because we had been busy that day and all we ate was their food. It was obvious that they did not want to take responsibility and because of that we hadn't gone back in a long time.
We decided to give them another chance and the 2nd time they messed up my to go order completely. I got an extra sandwich I did not order, not the sandwich I ordered and they forgot all my sauces for my hot wings. Who wants to eat wings without sauce. When I called the 2nd time to complain they told me they would give me a free burger, I don't go to buffalo wild rings for burgers and it was an poor attempt to make up for their mistake they just wanted to be done with me.
This last time I went in to get a to go order they messed up again. I called in ahead of time got there and they couldn't find my ticket and had to make my order. They blamed it this time on their computers. I had my baby with and it was a pain for me to have to wait with her. If I wanted to wait I would have walked in and ordered I called in because I had my daughter with. I asked for my sauces before I left this time because I was not eating wings without dipping sauce again and it was a good thing I asked because they forgot to give them to me again, I even asked for extra and paid for it just so it would end up in my bag. I got home and my husband and I did not have our salad dressings or any of the sause I had ordered. I paid extra for extra sause and didn't even get them.
I am so tired of this place messing up everything and giving me an excuse, so I'm done with it. I'll eat at a different location if I want to eat there again. Bismarck and Minot do just fine. I've eaten at out of state locations and never had a problem. The difference is those places gave good service and gave me what I ordered.
Do yourselves a favor and don't eat here. They don't care about your business or having good service for these people this place is just...

I placed a pick up order earlier in the evening to be picked up at 530p. When I walked in there were a few people standing at the take out counter, they were soon told to go to the bar for change and complete their requests. After these men left, one of the three workers explained to another the functionings of the computer system (it seemed as something went wrong and they were not able to use that till for some time). After this conversation, all three workers that were at the take out counter walked back into the kitchen (still without acknowledging me). I proceeded to the bar to see if someone there was able to assist me, and the bar tender was busy making drinks. So I went bacckk to the take out counter where the young girl was now engaged with her phone. At this time I took initiative and told her I was going to pay for my order now, she looked up and asked who the order was for, told me to insert my card, and said it would be a few minutes. I took a seat and watched two other gentlemen approach the counter who she also ignored. They stood there for about 5 minutes before she clocked out and gathered her things in front of us to leave.
I understand that things get busy, especially in a sports bar on Sunday, but just acknowledging customers gos a long way.

Read moreEvery time I go here - no matter what, the service is awful. The food is always cold. Sadly, I just immediately get ready to send it back when I receive it. If I didn't love their sauces and wings sooooo much, I would never eat here.
Also, one time, my friend was with me who doesn't eat cheese. He gets deathly ill when he eats cheese, and he sent his food back to get the cheese off. They came back and changed the patty on the burger but not the bun. The bun was still caked with cheese. We tried to call over the waiter he ended up just scraping the bread out of the bun where the cheese was because it took so long.
The servers are very new or incompetent. They are slow, inattentive, and never confident with their services. They always have to go "ask" which is ok, but when it's every time, it makes you wonder.
For how expensive a meal is for a family here, I'm shocked with the bad service. It's not that it's rude service, it's just overall bad service. Never drinks refilled, never silverware given, never checks the tables, the check takes FOREVER, servers fight over helping each other, forget details, no dressings when asked, don't memorize or understand the menu. It's awful.
Save your money if you're looking for a good experience. I think I just need to learn...
