KFC — Restaurant in Willmar

My Fiance and I went to KFC last night around 8 o'clock. I cannot even begin to explain how filthy it was!!!! Unfortunately we ordered our food before we realized the horrific condition of the restaurant. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands the sink was literally black it was so dirty also black dirt all over the back of the door. Every single table in the restaurant was extremely dirty there were napkins and left over food underneath some of the tables. The food on the buffet looked like it had been sitting there for at least 5 hours or longer. The potatoes and gravy looked like they were hard as a rock from sitting out for so long. When they made or food we saw them take it off of the buffet and then just throw sauce on it. Our food was ice cold and looked absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving our food and not eating any of it and as we were leaving we saw one of the staff members with a hose hosing down the floor water splashing backup towards where they were cooking the food!! There is absolutely no excuse for the condition of that restaurant there was only one other couple in their eating. I never in my life have been in a restaurant that was so filthy and clearly not cared about at all when it comes to health standards!! I am calling the health department today and I would highly suggest do not eat that this...

I don't eat out often. But when I do I want my food to be prepared the way I ask. Without having to feel like I'm asking for too much. My first visit to this KFC was great. I asked for fresh fries and received fresh fries. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. My 2nd and last visit to this KFC was not okay. I asked for fresh fries. The lady that was taking my order was actually frustrated because I asked for my fries to be fresh? I thought to myself, no you're just overthinking as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food. Upon getting my food I was disappointed. My fries were not fresh. Fresh fries were mixed with old fries. Some of the fries were hard and stale. I was given extra tenders but some were hard and stale as well. Unacceptable. Thank you for the polite customer service provided by the young man who brought my food out to me. But I will not be returning to this KFC fast food establishment. Cashier was unfriendly acted like we were an inconvenience. Almost all the tables were dirty. Trash was over flowing. Only food items replaced in the hour that we were there was the chicken. Employees arguing behind counter. When the dining room attendant finally came to clean tables and empty trash she had to go cashier again. She rolled the trash container behind the counter.
