In short: amazing customer service and awesome food.
In length... here is how I came to this conclusion:
Here is what happened. I ask for a dark beer and get a suggestion with an offer to sample it first for free. I say just go for it.. turns out the keg was almost out and only gave up a third of a glass then the rest was foam. The bar tender says hey I'm sorry how about you have what was left for free and I'll see if we have more. Sure great, I'll take your offer. Turns out they didn't have another keg of this beer but no biggie because it turns out it was the hoppiest dark beer I ever tasted and I didn't like it. Lesson learned.. try a sample first. Next I ask for any other dark beers on tap and the tender informs me he has another one that might suffice.. so this time I try it first. It was great! I ask for a tall. Guess what it's my lucky day... this keg just ran out too as he poured the glass. No worries not their fault.. so I take a new castle in a bottle this time just to be sure!
At last as I finished my new castle my online order was complete. I take it up to my room to find out my black jack burger was some odd poultry patty with No sour cream and chives... Back to the first floor into ruffs I go.
The tender greets me and I explain the situation.. my order was wrong. Despite it not being his fault, he apologized repeatedly and went to the back. Turns out they make me a great offer for all my trouble. I graciously accept half their offer and decline the other half and tell him how much I appreciate such great customer service in handling the errors.
Mistakes will happen. It's a matter of how the Company handles the situation when it happens. This place was so great and I am glad I tried them. I will certainly be back each time I'm in the area.

Yesterday we were there and our server and service was great but a couple sloppy drunks who could barely function sat next to us. They were yelling and cursing at each other, spilling drinks and causing a scene and the female manager comes over and is talking to them all chummy while one of them was rubbing her arm. They must have known each other and she was cleaning up after them and hanging out talking to them for quite some time. At one point she walked one of them towards the bathrooms/hotel while he was stumbling hanging on/basically groping and grabbing her inappropriately. Then they were causing a scene right outside the door fighting or something and at one point one of them was laying on the floor right outside the door where everyone in Ruffs can see them. You would think they would have been removed or asked to leave but she walked the same drunk dude BACK INTO RUFFS and sat him on a chair and then continued to serve them more drinks! They were there for quite awhile before finally leaving. Eventually they moved to the bar where the bartender was at least smart enough to only serve them water. When they finally went outside where they may or may not have got in a car and drove off on public roads the manager followed them and I never saw her again. Donāt know if they were asked to leave or not. Glad a place like this exists in Willmar but not a good look at all Ruffs. Completely irresponsible and...

Seated right away but it took awhile for our server to get to us but we had already found what we wanted to order. Asked a question about the wing sauces but she said she had only had one of them and had no idea about the others. Took a chance and ordered Parmesan garlic Chicken and Fries, as well as the Beehive burger and a kids corn dog meal. Food took a bit as it was getting busy, but not too bad. First: Beehive burger was piled with barely warm pulled pork and 5 sad cheese curds, and little sauce. Mediocre. Parmesan Chicken and fries had a large portion but the flavor was strange almost like vinegar??? Most of the fries were quite soggy. Kids meal was fine. The French fries with the burger were excellent but that was about it. The biggest disappointment was the fact our server never came back to check on us once after delivering the food. Thankfully we didnāt need a refill on the waters only because the water was awful. We had to flag her down for our bill and it took forever. She kept saying she was so sorry it was so busy but it didnāt seem like the severs were stretched with too many tables. For the prices we paid we expected better. Note there is a mandatory 3% fee added to the bill to ācomply with various government mandatesā whatever that means. Iāve seen most restaurants with credit card fees but this was a new one to me. $50 out the door with the small tip I left for a really poor experience. We wonāt be back if ever in...
