Have much to say but will give in bullet points.
I asked the young lady why is our order taking long, her reply was I am not cooking the food. DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
We wait at the window for another 10 minutes, she comes to the window and abruptly hands me the bag of food. I am livit my wife is bothered, by all this.
I move the vehicle up and all my wife to check the bag come to find out the food in the bag was not our order.
I pull over and my wife and I go inside, I asked to speak to the manager, the one I asked said she is the manager. Looking stoned or on some other drug. The kitchen looked nasty the workers had on all different attire and everyone looked confused.
I asked the one who is the manager how on earth can two simple orders take over an half hour to prepare. I waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes then at the window another 10 minutes now I am inside wanting the correct order that way ordered not to be given me eals we didn't order.
She begins to give me lip and tell me that the was busy with multiple orders. I tell her I have been here over 40 minutes and there haven't been no rush of walk inside or cars so why.
I asked her how can pre made food take you guys this long to present to the public. Then another worker comes out and asked if she can help us, I asked her what can you do that the manager can't do. The reason I asked for the manager is to hopefully get this unbelievable unprofessional, inefficient, order completed correctly.
Other customers comes in here these exchanges and hear and see my frustration and hear that I have been waiting over 40 minutes for two orders
Listening to the rude ignorant manager exchange with me they leave. Not once have this so called manager has apologized or took responsibility but have me and my wife lip of foolishness, attempting to explain incompetency. NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. AND IF I LIVED IN THE AREA I WOULD PICK IT THE PLACE AND TAKE FURTHER ACTION. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO. BETTER BUSINESS...
I went through the drive thru to pickup my mobile order last night, the lady who answered on the speaker asked us to hold on (The mic was still on so we could still hear their conversation that was going on). So we waited a good 10-15 minutes then she got back on and asked us who the order was for, we told her and she asked the people packing our order if it was ready. We then hear the mic click (assuming she was checking that our stuff was ready) Another 10 minutes go by since nobody told us to pull up we just say "Hello?" To the speaker, the lady continues to say "welcome to burger King" etc. We tell her yet again that we're picking up a mobile order, she then asks them again and finally tells us to pull up to the second window. We then get to the window and she proceeds to ask what we ordered. We then tell her what sandwiches we ordered and what Sundae. She then asks us "which sundae?" We tell her "The oreo sundae" she then proceeds to tell us "We're out of sundaes you need to cancel it in app" we grab out food and go home. This isn't the first time I had issues here whether it be "Our ice cream machine is broken" or they dont tell us something is out of stock while we're ordering it and still get charged in store or we get home and the burgers are waaaaaay undercooked and i have to go through customer service just to get credit on the app instead of a refund or they simply forget to put all your items in bags and give it to you. Everytime I go there it's always something wrong. I just won't go to bk anymore. I changed my mind in what I wanted due to the nasty service Then while giving me the total of my order she gave it to me in a nasty attitude like I didn’t understand English she said the total was (3 9) what is that ? 39 are you saying $3.09 or $39.00 she felt like I was giving her an attitude in reality she had the attitude. No name tag to identify but she’s and brown color female short and heavy set. I just want to let you know what type of employee you have at the first window of drive-through and what type of attitude is being provided in a customer service business.
