All these people like to do at this Burger King location is play with your food. I work a few miles down from this location. I work overnights full time and because of that I sometimes don’t get a chance to eat before work or stop and grab something. I’ve ordered from this location a few times because sometimes it is the only option and each time I’ve gotten inedible food. Stale old ass fries, chicken fries are HARDER than a rock and don’t even get me started on the char tasting burgers. I just recently ordered a meal from there. I got a BACON melt with NO bacon and BURNT ass burger patties. I got OLD STALE French fries that must’ve been sitting for god knows how long? They probably retrieved them from the cracks of the warmer and chicken fried that are also hard ASF that I could break a tooth. This is unacceptable? I don’t care how early or how late it is, GIVE people what they pay for. You go there to do a JOB do it RIGHT. It is NOT that complicated to give people good quality food. Idc if it’s right before closing, if the order is out it MAKE it the way you would want it MADE for yourself. Read moreWorse Burger King i have ever went to. The night shift are terrible. There customers service is awful. The night person that supposed to manage her team members is the worse. She said that they fake been managers and she been there for 1 yr and have never been properly trained. I came in one afternoon through Drive thru. They gave me cold food soda was watered down. I showed them the food and they made me go back in line. I go back in line and waited 5 min to get to the window for them to tell me they cant do my food over and that i cant get a refund. So i asked for management and they didn’t have no management. Police arrived at Burger King. The crew members gave the same attitude to police and didn’t want to share there name or the person in charge. The officers were really nice and apologized to me for there behavior and told me to come back in the morning to speak to management so they could resolve this issue. I ended up with no food or money until the morning. Worse experience. They mentioned Burger kings policy don’t allow to give refunds or there name. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes at the ordering Kiosk with not a peep from anyone. There were about 8 cars pulled up to the pay window but not moving at all. I thought maybe the drive thru kiosk wasn't working and that all the cars waiting for their orders had driven straight up to the window to order and that's why it was taking so long. I finally left the kiosk and drove up to the window. I said "no one was taking my order at the kiosk so I thought I should come up and order right at the window". With that I showed them the coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and fries to the girl at the window. The manager then yelled out to me "I'm busy that's why no one took your order" The other girl at the window turned to the manager and asked if she could take my order. The manager said NO.
