Wow, words can't describe the lowest level of service Ive ever experienced. I'm never the one to write reviews, but I had to this time..

I went in for lunch with a friend, I ordered a tuna roll and my friend ordered garlic shrimp off the lunch menu. We get our food.. I take a bite of the tuna roll, and there's wasabi IN the roll.. it never said in the menu it had that, and I couldn't eat it. I politely told the server "i'm sorry, this has wasabi in it, I cannot eat this, it was never stated on the menu" He then says "well what do you want me to do?" I suggest he take it off our bill since it's unheard of wasabi comes part of a sushi roll. He then said "no, I cannot do that". Ok, no problem, I think I can swing $7..

We get our bill, and the shrimp was stated on the menu as $8, but on our bill it's $15. ok, I can deal with $7, but now we're up to getting screwed for $14? No, I'm sorry, I'm not ok with that.

We bring it up to the waiter and he just responded with an attitude and brings out a completely different menu to us to show us the $15... we ordered off the LUNCH menu, but he charged us for dinner, and refused to change that as well. We asked for the manager, and to which he replied "there's no manager".

We paid the bill, but I'm absolutely appalled at the snide attitude and down right stealing this restaurant and staff demonstrated. Please, save yourself the hassle and...

There are three issues in 3 separate visits that I want to address.

Humiliation by a staff member as he pointing out a physical abnormality on two family member faces and laughed. He also revisited the table and laughed again as he pointed the people out to other coworkers. It was absolutely terrifying for those affected and I think the person should have been fired on the spot.

Bringing in the coupon from the website is met with a mystery price increase that offsets the discount near exactly. I guess nothing is actually free even with the coupon.

The menu, the website, the takeout menu all have different prices. We ordered $86 worth of food and were charged $96 plus tax and the reason they said was 'website is wrong' and 'menu is wrong'.

So you be the judge. Do you want to dine at a place that has decent food that can be had elsewhere while wondering if your family members will be humiliated, while also having your valid coupons offset by price jacking, and all prices from all sources being invalid because they're 'wrong'?

I don't and will gladly get my food from China Wok or Sezchuan Gourmet. Both have good people, correct prices, and excellent food.

I had a great experience! First of all, I havent been here since 2017 and i remember it being great and drinks being great! Came in today 09/09/2024 and workers were very friendly. Gentleman that greeted me at door was very kind and welcoming, Waitress was very kind and made sure i had everything i needed as well. Second Food was delicious, I ordered the Beef with broccoli combination plate and a couple mai tais. Food came out quick but oh i can tell you right now it was very fresh and i had to let it sit for a couple minutes before i could dig in! Flavor was all there, you could tell it was just freshly made and not sitting there all day. Third! THE MAI TAIIIIS! Just as good as i remember it!! Drink was worth every penny, strong drink without losing it's flavor as a mai tai! I definitely will be coming back more often! Saturdays are a must because of karaoke night, place is usually packed but a very nice environment to be around. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!! 😀-- Ps.
