A modern and updated look to condo living, minutes to Routes 93 – 128 – 38 – 129, or the commuter train or even Market Basket. Everything is close by including some great restaurants! A beautiful entrance way flanked with these great big planters that leads to our mailboxes and the secure package room! I have not seen another place with this option, so long to the porch pirates! Three floors of residential condos; only 50 units. One of my favorite amenities must be the underground deeded parking space, bring on the snow! Plus, an assigned outdoor parking space! Onsite storage lockers are available for purchase, a pet wash room, onsite gym, club room that can be reserved for functions. Also, several bike racks on the garage walls so that you do not have to bring your bike up to your unit! You cannot find all these amenities at any other place on the market today. A very reasonable monthly condo fee in today’s market – this also includes our Butterfly security access system. Most units have a balcony, your own private outdoor space, I have a couple of chairs, several flower planters and even one with fresh herbs. Cancel your Comcast as your free Wi-Fi is included in your monthly condo fees. $$$ A Starbucks in our parking lot and a Dunks in the plaza right beside us! Come call this wonderful condo complex...

My wife and I are enjoying living at The Alice. Our condo unit is quite open and spacious. We like the fact that it is centrally located and close to Interstate 93 and 95, making it easily accessible to Burlington, Waltham, and Boston within a 30-minute drive. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful, and all the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The HOA fee includes many wonderful amenities, including a club room to play pool or host a social gather, a gym, a conference room, and work-from-home spaces. We appreciate having two deeded underground parking garage spaces, so we don't have to worry about clearing snow off of our cars during the winter. I'm writing on behalf of Steve Marsi. He has been kind and efficient employee trying to get me a new refrigerator for a month,seeing that my 1st one was dented and 2 more weren't working.I lost food when both died on me. He now had to bring back my original refrigerator with the dent. This has been frustrating for both of us but he deals with it in a very professional way. He also took care of a few other problems I had and is a itricalle part of the Procopio team.
