As a wedding planner, I work with a variety of caterers, but Pine Valley Market and Christi are truly in a league of their own. From the very first tasting to the final bite at the reception, their service is impeccable, and the food is absolutely sensational. We went in for the first time last week and all I can say is A.W.E.S.O.M.E!! We got a full lunch and sat inside and ate, although the tables outside looked inviting. Seems like it would be a great place for a nice business lunch or to take people visiting from out of town.

Our group had a combination of salads and sandwiches and everything was delicious...especially the handmade potato chips!! They were also so nice about customizing stuff for us (my daughter wanted x and y but no z on her sandwich...I had my BLT in a wrap, etc...). Needless to say, we all were part of the empty plate club at the end of the meal! :-)

I also took a look at all of the meats, frozen dishes and ready-made dishes. They looked so yummy but we were heading out of town so I didn't grab any of them. However, I definitely will...for example, the Family size lasagna looks perfect to have in the freezer and just pop in the oven when you have that unexpected dinner guest or kids sleeping over! There were also some quiches that looked great to serve for a morning brunch...

Finally, they do catering and have heard great things about their work...weddings, boat deliveries, corporate lunches...you name it!!

We will DEFINITELY be back and I encourage everyone to go...

What a great find! The lovely ladies at Sutton’s carpet next door steered us in the direction of Pine Valley Market for lunch and boy were they right! We enjoyed a hot ham, cheese and bacon croissant and fresh, fluffy egg salad on toasted local sourdough. Both delicious and with house made chips. Good value too. We met the owner Kristi (sp?) while there and it’s evident why the staff was in the back singing and smiling. It all starts with the boss and her attitude right? A happy place to be for staff and guests alike. Don’t miss the retail section before you leave. We dropped a chunk of change on Callie’s biscuits ( Best biscuits outside of moms house. Ever). Great prices on the prepared meals too. We bought the chicken and rice casserole which for 9.95 fed 4 of us with leftovers. Can’t wait to go back and grab some shepherds pie, lasagne, and white chicken chili. Local ice cream, meats that you’d only find in restaurant coolers and some pretty nice wines too.
