First, when my friend and I arrived, it took about five minutes for the guy to notice us and ring us up. Second, the wait on receiving the food wasn't long at all. I went up to the counter and asked for a sauce and it took them about 10 minutes for me to receive it. Not only did the wait take so long, every cashier ignored that I was obviously standing there waiting for something also the main the cashier from the beginning that took so long to ring us up, would not stay off his phone. I was not the only one waiting on being helped. I was already frustrated from the poor service but when I was leaving, the "manager" got my attention by pointing and saying to me "hey you" and asked me if I would take a second to "talk" which is one of the rudest things that has ever happened to me in a restaurant. A manager should never encounter someone by pointing at them and screaming "hey you" from the kitchen to get the customer's opinion of the food. So no, I will not be going back to this Zaxby's. Read moreI have been to Zaxby's twice and the food is good, a little overpriced but that's ok. The service is quick, and in general I have no issue with this location or service. I am not one to generally voice my opinion on something this small but Zaxby's sauce, from my best guess taste like a Cajun mayo and ketchup mix that I thought came with every meal. To my surprise after my last visit you have to purchase each personal serving for .25 cent. For $8.00+- a meal it would seem that you would be entitled to at least 2 servings on the house which btw it seems to be a staple of their menu judging from advertising. I understand some customers could take free sauce to the extreme but for the price it seems unfair. I would probably frequent Zaxby's more often but for some reason that is kind of the deal breaker for me. Read moreThis place has completely gone down hill. I only order Zaxbys through door dash or Uber eats, that way when my order comes wrong (and it’s wrong every time) at least I get my money back . The workers are rude and don’t pay any attention to you when you’re standing right in front of them. They always show their importance to the conversation they’re having with each other rather than to the paying customer. Used to work at this location a long time ago and this was never tolerated. Not sure if management just gave up or if this is just how Zaxbys operates now. Fire all the employees and start over.
