I debated leaving this comment, but for someone who has been in the customer service and food industry my entire working life I felt the need to say something. I was the only customer inside and there was someone in the drive thru, but as a courtesy I decided to let them know there was a fly just chilling on a pastry closed inside the pastry section. I know things happen and we can't control the flies completely. Not one of the 5ish (4 or five) employees cared to even try to resolve the issue. I was there for a while waiting for help and waiting for my drink and still not one of the people there - even the ones not making drinks or doing anything, cared to even try to get the fly out of the container. Noone cared as the fly just walked all over the pastries and me being a customer definitely chnaged my mind on orsering one.. They did this right in front of a customer. I'm honestly just grossed out and the customer service was bad. When I asked questions about a drink the girl was not very friendly. Whispering and laughing behind the counter was also rude. That's enough for me to not to go back there again and tell other ppl to do the same. I'm so disappointed because I'm always looking for a good coffee place. That's not it. I said No I don’t want that I want a mocha freeze made with Carmel instead of mocha. She said okay and made it a 24 oz. I pull around. At the window I recorded her. I told her that I wanted what I requested and if she made it the other way I don’t want it. The two coffees types of coffees we were talking about taste different. It wasn’t what I ordered she said she will remake it. She handed me a coffee that tasted the same. Sour and a small cup size than what I ordered. So I just told her I didn’t like. I left. I called the store and she told me she was the manager when I requested to speak to one. She said that she made it the right way and admitted to making the coffee the wrong sized. I hung up on her. I don’t understand why a simple request for what I wanted to drink couldn’t have been done. She literally made it difficult. This is why people choose Starbucks over them. I went through the drive thru, and ordered a whole wheat english muffin with bacon, egg, and cheese and it was like eating cardboard no taste at all. I asked for salt and pepper packets prior to getting my food just in case and they don't even have them available for customers.
