We built a home in Compass Pointe. Our builder was Hagood. We purchased all our lighting from Butler Electric. The two oscillating ceiling fans were installed and didn’t work properly right from the get go. One fan wouldn’t oscillate while the other did. Butler sent out their electrical person and he replaced the wall switch with a remote control. As soon as he left it wasn’t working. Since then we have had nothing but trouble. The lighting people blame the electrician and vice versa. No one returns our calls and we’ve been complaining and asking for help for one year. My husband and I went to the show room today and asked Denise for the owners name and contact information. She wrote his name on the back of her card but did not give us his email address. She asked that we send her an email and she’d send it to him. I would never do business with a company that holds back the owners information. We’ve been speaking to Denise for one year. They couldn't have been more accommodating and hospitable in trying to please me in replacing my light fixtures. It's nice to see that in this day and age that some companies still believe in providing excellent customer service. Thank you Nicole and Lisa for walking that extra mile to help me.
