I scored this location as a 3 overall, and that is mainly because they serve breakfast until noon, which is very convenient for most, the prices on the breakfast menu are unmatched. The reason I scored a 3 and not 5 is mainly because of the missed coaching opportunities among the employees, they are not approachable, they don't greet or acknowledge you, when you thank them and tell them to have a good day they don't respond at all, no matter how many times you say it, and I was placing breakfast orders daily, sometimes more than once a day, and it's always the same attitude, like they can't be bothered. My sales manager used to say the only thing that sets a business aside from it's competitors is the customer experience, and she was right! The dynamic among the employees plays a big part in the atmosphere of the restaurant. I was there on Labor Day, there were different employees, 3 female employees that I could see, I was standing at the counter where you pick-up your mobile order, there was a cell phone laying there, I thought it was a customers so I called out that someone had forget their phone because the female who was standing there had made eye contact several times but didn't acknowledge me, she came over and looked at it and said, oh that's my managers, she does that all the time, laid it back down, one of the female employees came out of the bathroom, walked past me, didn't say a word, probably the manager, and I was the only customer in the restaurant, another female employee came around from the drive thru window, they gathered together near the back whispering, then the female working the drive thru walked over, grabbed the phone and took it back to an office where the door was open, finally she comes back and says what can I get for you, at that point I had already been there 10-15 minutes, not to forget to mention the time that it took me to get there, so I let her know that I was there for a mobile order that I had placed. Read moreThe last few times I've been to Hardee's in downtown Pikeville the service has been horrible and the food well I got a chicken sandwich free because my date and I had gone inside to eat and we were the only ones inside and the drive thru was not busy, it was dirty inside and we sat there almost 30 minutes waiting on order only to find out they didnt put the ticket up so we had to wait longer for the order, they gave us one card for a free sandwich, so I got the chicken sandwich a few weeks later only to get home and seen the bun was burned on one side there is no way anyone could have missed it it was black. Read moreWas not impressed with this location. Was told I could not have curly fries with the $5.00 meals and could only have regular fries. I travel a lot for work and love stopping at Hardee’s every chance I get. This is the only location who has ever told me this. I was with my grandparents this time and for medical reasons, they can not have seeds on the bun. This location charged an extra 32 cents to change the bun. I know it’s not the store employees fault and this greediness normally falls in the owners hands, for this reason I will not be stopping at this location again.
