El Camino Real Mexican Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Winchester

I'm not going to lie the food was good. Steak burritos like fajitas they were delicious and savory with peppers and onion inside. But the waitress told us that they came with beans and rice and we didn't have any. We had steak tostadas and they had me and cheese lettuce sour cream and tomato I was happy about that because usually people don't put it on it. However we also had a side of chorizo queso dip and they know they done us wrong like there was nothing in the container and I'm not just being funny or picky or greedy. It actually look like somebody ate all the dipping sauce out of there first. Honestly our food was to go and I'm happy because if that hostess would have been our server I couldn't deal with that attitude all night she rolled her eyes she just I don't know if it was us or she didn't want to be there but she made the experience that and I'm not going to lie I just move the Winchester Monday everyone has been super nice she's literally the only person they had an attitude since I've been here all week. Whenever we are in Winchester Ky we love eating here. On our way through today heading home we stopped in around 6, we had been in Lexington all day to Doctors, and after a hot day we were looking forward to a cool place to enjoy dinner so as always we stopped. The food was good, no complaints about the food or service, but it was so hot in there I was sweating, looking around I seen others were burning up as well, we asked if the AC was down and to our surprise they said it wasn't. This experience was below average, the staff was polite and friendly but didn't seem they were staffed enough. Hardly any refills, we just got one basket of chips and a cup of salsa. My husband found a noticeable piece of aluminum and you think they would replace the whole dish but they only replaced one of the chimmaganas. It didn't even seem that busy either. I understand though I worked in a restaurant it gets busy and sometimes you let things slip but how they handled it matters alot.
