A while ago boyfriend got a burger there that was raw in the middle. Happened again tonight. We ran through the drive thru late in the evening to get food for my boyfriend’s family as they were waiting for his mom in the ER across the street. $40 order. We 1st made the mistake of leaving without checking the bags. They left out the Big Mac. Then all 4 Quarter Pounders were raw in the middle. Went back and tried to go inside, but only the drive thru was open. They saw us coming up to the door with a bag, and it seemed like they already knew their mistake and that we were coming to complain. I politely explained what happened, and the mgr immediately said to pull up to the waiting area and they would “drop more fresh food.” I nicely said I wanted a refund. I got to the window, and she practically shoved the $ at me and abruptly said she was only going to refund the sandwiches since we ate the fries. I don’t know what their problem was with us because it was their mistake, and it caused us such a hassle. I feel we should have gotten a full refund. I worked at this McDonald’s years ago, and I thought the mgmt was good and the people at the grill knew how to cook a burger all the way through....
Read moreWe were just there at 10:35am and ran into a rush. The drive thru was packed so we thought going inside to order would be quicker, but we were wrong. That said I do want to commend the employees & supervisor for keeping their cool composure and handled customers grumbling (some being outright rude) with a smile and apology for the wait. They were obviously doing everything they could to complete orders asap and accurately, and apologized to everyone for the wait. When the cook yelled out it would be another 4 minutes for the wait, they asked me if I'd like to change it out for something else (I declined). One of my favorite of the area McDs for cheerful attitudes of the employees, even under stress. (Romney McDs also has great workers) The only reason for one star deduction is because the drive thru order accuracy realistically is only about 60% for family-sized orders. However, this isn't just store specific, as I've had this experience with almost every single McDs I've been a regular at. So I always double check the bag(s) before driving off. Read moreI used to not be a big fan of mcdonald's because of the service I had received at previous locations. But let me tell you this one is a game changer! I have never been disappointed with the service and work ethic of the employees at this store. I always see linda in the morning for my coffee, and she is such a joy and always so friendly! Today I had exceptionally great service from Brandon, who stopped what he was doing to come help me on a busy lunch rush. I had only gotten a large fry and instead of making me wait, he went over to the fry area and helped bag my order. Everyone is always so helpful, and I will continue to come here as!! The managers have also taking care of me when I'm unable to get a coupon code to work. To all the employees, thank you so much for always making my day easy. I know I can count...
