John in the evenings was rude. Claimed to not understand how my order was over 4.00 when i gave a coupon for "1.00 any size ice or hot espresso beverage after 11pm"... made no attempt to fix the issue. And then refused to give my coupon back when I said I'd just go to a different dunks. I ended up going in and Zach was kind as possible. Asked what the issuse was. And when he realized the issue was simply John being a rude power tripping little man, zach offered to pay for my drink. I said I didn't wish to put him out like that and would just like the coupon honored that John had refused to give back. Zach resolved the issue. However Johns lack of customer service skills left me unwanting to return to this dunkin donuts location.

   Read moreThis dunkin is so hit or miss. I uber to work so I order my coffee and a food item 15-20 minutes before I head to the store to pick it up most days. More times than not my order is never ready and nobody acknowledges it until I say something (which I hate doing, because I work in sales and I get it). Most of the time theyâre nice when I ask about the order, but sometimes I even get attitude when Iâm not even rude about it. Just in a rush so I always order in advance. Thereâs been multiple times where Iâve had to abandon my order because my uber stop exceeds over 5 minutes, and itâs not easy to get a refund through phone number. On the positive side, my order is usually correct and most of the staff are nice.
Revised my star rating because it keeps happening and is a major inconvenience, especially when I canât get a refund...
   Read moreI went in for my morning coffee and breakfast this morning when I was overcharged not once but twice the manager came over and fixed the issue and gave me back my money. Then when my food came out the woman who had overcharged me twice had an attitude and threw my food down. I then went to leave and got in my truck to find out that after I let all of that go my donut wasnât even close to the right donut I said vanilla frosted and got a jelly donut instead. The Hispanic woman who took my order, overcharged me twice ($16 for 2 wake up wraps a coffee and donut) threw my order down on the counter with clear attitude, AND GAVE ME THE WRONG DONUT. Is it that hard to take a food order...
