This place is lackluster and highly overpriced. We ordered three single meals for take out/pick up. The sauce was too sweet (I know some like that, I’m not into it and didn’t expect it to be THAT sweet so here’s your warning). It was topped with unidentifiable green flakes. I’m guessing some dried parsley but I couldn’t pinpoint the smell. The chicken and broccoli in lemon garlic butter sauce was watery, not just a little watery, a lot. The cost for three meals? Almost $80.00, which included a 20% tip my husband doesn’t remember adding, on a take out order. I have no issue tipping after a sit down meal or home delivery at all. This was neither and I’m unsure why tipping is even an option for this. Which is why I’d be surprised if my husband momentarily blacked out and hit “20%” rather than “no tip” but I digress. The positive aspects? Freshly sliced bread and small salads (although the salad consisted of romaine, one onion slice, one half wedge of tomato and one quarter of a cucumber slice, with dressing on the side). I hate to say it, but this was an expensive disappointment. I will say, the staff was polite and professional. Addendum: As seen below an employee replied to my review, which I found impressive. I emailed her- like she asked- but did not get a response. After two weeks I emailed her again and she replied but did not know why I was reaching out and said she didn’t see my original email. I replied and again haven’t heard back. Unfortunately, it seems the public replies are for show.

3.5 Stars I really enjoy Rig A Tony's. I have a few issues though. Others have mentioned the service not being great. Unfortunately that's true..I know these folks are working hard and are likely understaffed but that's the name of the game and you have to push through and smile and be polite. It does take an unrealistic amount of time for take out sometimes. Recently they forgot something from my order ( it was free with my rewards) but still. Lastly and this one is hard to unsee. I watched one of the woman in the kitchen open a bag of romain lettuce WITHOUT washing cut and put it in my container for my greek salad. You HAVE to wash your salad. I was so disappointed in this short cut. There are small bugs and dirt. Those bags are lightly rinsed before packaging. Chicken ziti broccoli was over cooked but the cream sauce was good.

I really struggled to decide to leave a review because I would like to support local small business but this past experience was such a complete disaster that I felt compelled to share. Had a catering pick up for Christmas Eve for 1 pm. When I had personally went in to make the order two weeks prior had asked to pay up front and they said all would be taken care of the day of pick up. One day prior to date ordered received a text message giving directions or how orders would be handled that day and that a detailed officer would be directing cars and that orders would be run out to cars by Rig-a-Tony staff that day. My husband arrived at 12:45 pm and was immediately surprised by the chaos in the parking lot of the business. Cars were backed up throughout the parking lot and around the building. There was not much communication as to how orders were being distributed and he began to wait for service in his car. After waiting over an HOUR he hears from other patrons also waiting that he may not receive his order for another 60 to 90 min. There was no communication via text or phone from the business during this time that they were behind and should come back at a later time nor was there the ability to leave the line due to no space to turn-around. We received our order of only 3 items at 4:05 pm!!! AND one of the 3 items was no longer available and was given a substitute instead! Barely any apologies from the staff of the business and given a lousy loaf of bread for the wait! I have never experience such unprofessional service and lack or organization from any business! They clearly choose $$$$ over customer service and completely over booked their orders. Unfortunately I will NEVER order from this establishment again and will tell family and...

Long time customer here. So a week or so I picked up an order of Chicken Cacciatore and when I got home there was only pasta, no chicken. Called the next day and they apologized and sent me a gift card for $25, about the same price as the order. So tonight I thought id give them another try, called in and ordered the Chicken Parm dinner for one, which it’s usually enough for 2, but anyway. Got home and the Chicken Parm seemed it has been sitting under a heat lamp for a longtime, lukewarm at best and rather than the fresh Italian bread that usually comes with a meal in the bag was a torn in half subroll. This is twice now I have been quite disappointed in the food. I hope things turn around as they have historically have provided wonderful food, but based on my last two orders there seems to be a quality issue that I hope get addressed soon. I’ll give them a few months before I go back...
