Concorde’s — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

The restaurant was under staffed and the food was mediocre at best. One server doing everything from hostess to waitress to bar server who was the only bright spot but she could not keep up. Started out we were the only ones in the restaurant which just seemed odd for 5pm. A soup and a cheese pizza both just seemed like they were microwaved. With a few more people who came in, the server was overwhelmed. Never returned after our food was served so no followup drinks or asking if all was ok. Could not get her attention for the check so after about 30 minutes we went up to the stand to pay. Server stole $2 from me. I ordered a take out order to bring back to my room. I did not think a tip was necessary since I never sat down. The server went behind my back and added $2 to the tip line that I struck out. Despicable.

Check your bank account after eating here. These servers might be adding more on top. It’s not about the $2 it’s about the fact that the server basically went into my bank account without permission. Pretty sure...
